I absolutely love this Surface Pro! The Sapphire color looks amazing, and the device is very versatile. I upgraded from the previous model, which still works perfectly, and I haven’t experienced any issues with this one. I really appreciate that I can attach a keyboard or use it as a tablet, making it perfect for both work and personal use. I travel with it often, and it performs flawlessly. I even gave one as a gift during Christmas, and the recipient loved it. Highly recommend!

Perfect for what I needed. I needed something light and portable that I could write notes on during conversation. The pen and keyboard were kind of expensive to add, but well worth it for me. I used to use my laptop, but I did not like how the keys were on the back while I held it. With the removable keyboard with the Surface Pro, it can be turned around so the keys aren't against your hand. It makes it much easier to hold onto while using. Processing speeds are fast enough while switching between programs, or converting files. The camera works well for Zoom or GM meetings, and the speakers are loud enough. Overall, it meets my expectations for what I needed it for!

I absolutely love my microsoft surface. This one was a replacement for my older surface that I used for work for almost a decade. I love the ease of its use. the versatility of going from a computer to a tablet and the battery life is so great. I don't think I'll ever not get a surface. It's my favorite and I love the color of "Dune" it's almost like a rose gold, so cute.

Beautiful 2-in-1. This is my second Surface Pro. I had the 6 Pro and now the 11 Pro, the first time with the Snapdragon Elite chip. Everything seems to run much more smoothly. My main use is for Microsoft Office and internet browsing, and it's more than enough for those tasks. The build quality is what we've come to expect from Microsoft. It's very similar to previous models. Perhaps I would have liked some design changes to differentiate it more from previous generations, but all in all, it delivers on its promises.

What an upgrade! I have a pro 7. And let me tell you. This screen is amazing. The battery life is forever. The speed on the processor rocks. Love this puter. Go surface PRO.

This is a very nice windows tablet, light weight, and highly functional. I have not had any compatibility issues as of yet. The touch screen is the best I have ever experienced, and writing with the pen is so smooth...so satisfying. Like writing on a whiteboard. I use it for personal and work, the ability to write out notes and have them translated to text is pretty genius too. The speed of the processor is so smooth as well. Minimal glitches that resolve quickly by disconnecting from the keyboard and reconnecting (keyboard and pen not included) Cons: Price- cost of device and accessories- but worth it, I got the geek squad protection because I plan to get the most use out of it Outlets-no usb port Charger- very unique DC charger, I am sure it is expensive to replace.

This is a nice device. No issues with printer\scanner as people like to point to with ARM devices. Extremely fast and excellent battery life. I did return it, though. It was not quite the form factor I was looking for. I did purchase the new Surface Pro 12" and it is perfect for my use case. If you are looking to replace a laptop, but also want tablet functionality, this is an excellent device

I was debating either getting the iPad Pro 11 or this laptop because I needed a laptop for writing and doing a bit of drawing, but I also needed a tablet to use to sign things, check emails, and going cafe hopping on the weekends. Although I am an Apple person, I have used a lot of PCs before and had been very interested in getting the Microsoft laptops because of the design. And when I saw the Dune color, it made me want it more than the MacBook Airs and iPad Pros. I only got for a month but I'm very happy with my laptop. It's getting used to, but so far I've used it for writing and signing some documents and web surfing and watching YouTube videos. The only downside I have is that it isn't compatible with my new wireless inkjet printer. Hopefully, it will soon. But I don't mind it. Make sure to do some research before purchasing this laptop. That's what I did when I was debating of which 2-in-1 Laptop to get.

This laptop is great for designing and editing. It is also light weight, and easy to stuff into a bag when on the go. I am very happy with it.

This is my 3rd Microsoft Surface. The other 2 still work, but I purchased this to have a laptop that'll run Windows 11. I really like how light Surfaces are; and the detachable keyboard makes it become a tablet. My only complaint - a friend had one that died and we couldn't revive it. Took it to Geek Squad and they could do nothing due to the way the machines are constructed (they are glued together and his hard drive was soldered to the motherboard, so no chance of collecting data). Still, I really do like these laptops.

The Surface Pro 11 has been awesome! I bought it to replace my bulky rugged work laptop and it has handled everything I’ve thrown at it with no issues. I was worried about the ARM architecture but this has not been an issue at all and the battery lasts all day and then some! Very pleased with this computer.

This thing is a workhorse. No need to have a tablet and a laptop. This is both and it is perfect for work and play.

I have a 16 inch macbook pro max, but use this device for work and school on the go. It’s a great device! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a laptop/tablet that is lightweight and easy to carry with you, while still powerful enough to get the job done.

The Surface Pro is slick, powerful, and fast. I use it with a third party blue tooth keyboard, and two screen extenders. I'm not a gamer or a graphic artist, so I only need it for reading, research and writing. It meets all my needs. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that it's slightly glitchy at times. One never knows what is at fault in these things, but I've been having a tough time when writing comments in Word when I write in Portuguese (which I do often) because the accents don't work properly. Again, I don't know if it's the keyboard, Word or the Surface Pro, but they all work fine together in regular text. Also, my WhatsApp app sometimes has to be logged off of my name and reconnected because it stops syncing. Again, I don't know where the problem lies, but I didn't have these kinds of issues with my old Surface Laptop. Still, I highly recommend this product.
