Finally the Surface Pro model you have been waiting for all these years. Very good battery life, I charged it to 100% before going to bed and it was still 100% the very next morning. Incredible for a portable Windows device. Performance was also pretty good, so long as you are not using it to game or run incompatible apps. All apps that I used worked perfectly fine and the experience brought a smile to my face. Finally, after all these years, we have a Surface Pro model that truly lives up to the name. If you are searching for a Windows 2 in 1 with great battery life and performance - this is it!

Why doesn't this show up when searching "Laptops"? It's a laptop. It has a "tablet" form factor, but it's not. All the gaming handhelds running Windows should also show up when searching "Laptops" on this site. The Lenovo Legion Go is more of a laptop than a tablet. It's not as limited either. I think the line between a tablet and pc/laptop should be defined in OS, not hardware- OS at the time of sale. I get it, enough nerds can put Windows onto a Samsung Galaxy Tab or Ipad. But let's face it, we are paying for the OS. Which makes no sense. That being said- If Microsoft makes both the hardware and the OS, shouldn't Microsoft products be cheaper? The Microsoft Tax makes no sense to me. They have innovative products. As far as hardware goes, their QC standards are higher than others. I appreciate that most surface peripherals are backwards compatible. (or rather forwards compatible, as they haven't really updated the keyboard and pen for 2024/5). But for the Microsoft tax, I subtract half a star. For me, however, half a star, because if you can find this on sale, it is absolutely great. another partial point off for Best Buy, because the ones that do go on sale can depend on the colors of the unit. Which is weird. If our mothers taught us right, it's what's on the inside that matters, and not what's on the outside. Last week the Blue ones were on sale, this week the Gold ones are marked down. That being said, the step up to higher storage and pricing make no sense. The cost difference between the 512gb and 1tb is double that of if you bought a 2tb harddrive and paid to have it installed. (The installation is easy, you may need help in cloning your old drive.) Again, it's the Microsoft tax that makes no sense to me. All complaints aside, I was hesitant from moving from a Meteor Lake Intel chip to the Snapdragon. What made it worse is that most of the Youtube and online reviews are all 4 months old at the youngest. They all complain about ARM adaptabilities. I've found that list has gotten shorter, but it's not without problems. You still have a better chance of finding things that work better on x86 Windows rather than ARM. But, there are workarounds. My biggest worry was peripherals, namely printers and bluetooth speakers, mice and a few other things. Fortunately, I am happy to report, that all have worked and I have had no issues. Most of what was also listed as "not available" in those videos are available as Chrome or Edge extensions. The VPNs I use are both available in Chrome and Edge. I've had trouble finding antivirus I like, but the Ad-blockers I use in my browser extensions also work well. But for now, as to calm those of you who are paranoid; Windows defender works well these days. However, the added upside is that with the app compatibility issues of ARM based Windows, computer Viruses also need to play catchup. Hoping most of the antiviruses will be caught up before that time. This comes preloaded with MacAfee, but as always I removed it. Overall, from a hardware standpoint, this thing is great. The battery life is amazing. I've always loved the form factor of the Surface Pro series. I gave up on the 9 because I felt I was compromising performance for form factor, but also the battery life was atrocious. I have felt that a lot of laptops are now again playing catchup to the newest iteration of the Surface. The screen resolution is high enough that you are getting a good amount of information. It's brighter than most laptops out there right now. Get the pen and keyboard. The Surface Pen is great on surface laptops. HP and Asus use the same technology on their 2-in-1's so if you have a surface pen all will work. That being said, the newer surface laptops are losing pen support. Sadly, the Surface Studio 2 and Surface Pros are the only computers out of the Surface line continuing pen support. That being said, the Surface Pro does 2 things better than other laptops in which WPP technology works on- palm rejection. Drawing on a Surface is so much better for that reason alone. Even if the pens work across other laptops, I appreciate that. As far as pen to app-as far as clarity and clean lines, I prefer what the Galaxy Pro 360 offers, but again, palm rejection isn't as good; in the mouse of Samsung laptops also. All that being said, get the older generation keyboard. The extra $200+ price tag isn't worth it. You can carry a second bluetooth keyboard for so much cheaper. Mix and match colors. I'm assuming that's the only reason the tab and keyboard are sold separately. They used to sell other colors in the keyboards. I don't know why Microsoft stopped. With all that being said, I feel like ARM based Windows is moving in the right direction. Right now there is a slight learning curve, with that being said, which way that curve move is going to be based on how many people move in that direction. The hardware is great. Points off to the guys selling, for all the aforementioned reasons.

Great Device, But Not for Adobe Users

I was really excited about the Surface Pro Copilot+ PC (11th Edition) the design is sleek, the performance is great, and the battery life is impressive. However, I bought it for work as a graphic designer, and unfortunately, most Adobe apps aren’t available as full versions on this device due to its Snapdragon processor. This was a dealbreaker for me, as I rely on Adobe’s full suite for my work, so I had to return it.

I love it. It’s a tablet that runs on windows like a computer. I was skeptical of the price because I normally buy laptops around ~$400 or so. Being that this was a tablet for ~$1200, I felt sticker shock but ultimately it’s worth it 1000%. I use it as a student and haven’t had any problems with the ARM64 restrictions that people speak of. Downside is that you have to buy a keyboard to use it as “traditional” laptop.

I've been using the Surface Pro 11 for a few weeks now, and it's been a game-changer! It's super lightweight and easy to carry around, so I can take it anywhere. The battery life is impressive too—I can go all day without needing to charge. Plus, the new keyboard cover is a big improvement over previous models. Very durable as well considering I had a weird week where I somehow unintentionally dropped it, although it looked like i threw it. This happened 3 times. No damage or noticeable issues. Overall, it's a fantastic device that makes working and playing on the go a breeze.

I absolutely love this Surface Pro! The Sapphire color looks amazing, and the device is very versatile. I upgraded from the previous model, which still works perfectly, and I haven’t experienced any issues with this one. I really appreciate that I can attach a keyboard or use it as a tablet, making it perfect for both work and personal use. I travel with it often, and it performs flawlessly. I even gave one as a gift during Christmas, and the recipient loved it. Highly recommend!

Great product. Exactly what you need for a portable PC. Quick to load, screen looks amazing. It’s a pretty fast computer for the typical day to day use (emails, MS word/excel, internet and network troubleshooting. Face unlock is very convenient but will sometimes glitch and fail to function. Touchscreen is responsive and useful. Does not heat up like my old HP but does get hotter than a MacBook. Charger cable end is a bit wonky. It doesn’t connect as easily as a MacBook connector, wish it was just a USB C charger. Copilot is a helpful feature. It’s a good looking device. Battery life could be better but I do have it configured for performance. Won’t last a whole day.

This is a great machine to run all your daily needs. I was even able to run some heavy graphic games as well and it worked with no issues. This is sleek and cool with minimal weight to carry. The battery lasts entire day 9+ hrs... Runs all the apps. U need to have a separate keyboard setup if you want to be more productive. The boot up is quick in less than 30 secs. Coming to the pricing I got a sweet deal from BB.. was on a good discount and also the in-store person helped me with additional information on getting BB credit card which helped in reducing price further. Overall great machine and happy with purchase

Easy to set up and easy to use. The battery lasts for a considerably longer time. That makes taking the Surface places without a charger the best feature. Playing games on the Surface makes the games come alive with the exceptional colorsl

Beautiful 2-in-1. This is my second Surface Pro. I had the 6 Pro and now the 11 Pro, the first time with the Snapdragon Elite chip. Everything seems to run much more smoothly. My main use is for Microsoft Office and internet browsing, and it's more than enough for those tasks. The build quality is what we've come to expect from Microsoft. It's very similar to previous models. Perhaps I would have liked some design changes to differentiate it more from previous generations, but all in all, it delivers on its promises.

I absolutely love my microsoft surface. This one was a replacement for my older surface that I used for work for almost a decade. I love the ease of its use. the versatility of going from a computer to a tablet and the battery life is so great. I don't think I'll ever not get a surface. It's my favorite and I love the color of "Dune" it's almost like a rose gold, so cute.

Perfect for what I needed. I needed something light and portable that I could write notes on during conversation. The pen and keyboard were kind of expensive to add, but well worth it for me. I used to use my laptop, but I did not like how the keys were on the back while I held it. With the removable keyboard with the Surface Pro, it can be turned around so the keys aren't against your hand. It makes it much easier to hold onto while using. Processing speeds are fast enough while switching between programs, or converting files. The camera works well for Zoom or GM meetings, and the speakers are loud enough. Overall, it meets my expectations for what I needed it for!
