Very convenient laptop to bring around for personal use

After many years using an Apple iPad, i finally gave the Surface Pro a shot! It has far exceeded my expectations. No lag, easy setup, works seamlessly, and boots up quickly. Getting rid of my iPad, the Surface Pro is far more efficient!

Bought this for my daughter for college. She loves the easy setup, speed, and storage. Beautiful color, lightweight and versatile.

Loved the Laptop, but for the price I had to go with a competitor. The drawback was having to purchase the keyboard, mouse, and pen separately. I had to switch to one that offered a bundle for the same price and higher storage.

I would never go from this back to a laptop for non gaming usage. The Surface makes things so easy for use all around the home as a larger tablet, but also allows for things like spreadsheeting for our small business on the same device.

I enjoy this laptop, it gives me all the features of a full sized laptop in the form factor of a tablet. As far as software is concerned, it does what I need it to do. I have a full suite of Windows Office apps for productivity. Though I'm not really a fan of the updates to Outlook. I do wish there were better 3rd party applications for social media, and streaming etc. The OS is snappy and responsive. Display is really crisp, no issues that I can tell. Likely their best model yet.

Perfect addition to the Office. Light weight, mobile and I love the new magnetic keypad.

Love the quality of the computer. The vivid sharp clear images on screen are fabulous. The foldable stand allows for the computer to be used with ease in various places. I recommend the surface pro 11 to be considered if in the market for a new purchase.

This product is beautiful, functional and was everything I wanted in a laptop AND tablet. The display is bright, speed amazing, keyboard smooth/nicely designed for quick typing, and on keyboard pen charging was a dream come true. That being said, it is severely prone to hardware issues. In the year I have had the device I have had it serviced 4 times for the same overheating/blue screen/bootable operating system issue with no relief or "eligibility" for replacement. Overall, a great design but NOT durable and NOT worth the $1000+ just to replace in less than 1 year. Do better Microsoft.

I owned a Surface Pro 4 for 9 years and while I had some issues with it from time to time, not being a tech-oriented person, as I have my Best Buy membership, I had Geek Squad assistance when necessary - so it all worked out well. When I was shopping for a replacement, I was never advised that the newest Surface Pro's ARM processor causes a major issue when it comes to compatibility with other devices (in my case, printers - and not just mine, as I discovered upon deep research). I bought a Canon PIXMA TS-6420a printer/scanner and, to make a weeks-long story short, nothing that anyone could do will make it scan - and only by the sheer luck of getting someone at Canon's support who persisted and came up with a workaround am I able to print. After numerous Geek Squad sessions, two wasted trips to see them in person, untold days of research, help from a tech expert in my family, and so much frustration that no one - neither Microsoft nor Best Buy - advises customers of this compatibility issue, I called Microsoft Surface support, only to be told the same thing that store Geek Squad staff said.. "Get a different laptop!" Even Microsoft can't guarantee that any particular printer will be compatible with this device. So unless you are really comfortable messing around with your laptop's tech and/or don't need to connect your laptop to any other devices, my advice is to purchase something else with an Intel processor. Yes, this is a nice laptop otherwise, but I've been to you-know-where and back and still can't scan - so I have only half of the functionality of my printer/scanner. At this point, I'm so discouraged and disappointed with the lack of advice I received when shopping online, with the conflicting information I did receive post-purchase, and with Microsoft's refusal to forewarn the public and/or find a way to fix this issue that I no longer trust anything I read or hear with regard to tech and don't even have the energy to look for something else.

Really like the new Surface pro, my old one was over 10 years old and I loved it!

Meets my needs as a business owner on the go and very convenient size to carry around with the right tools.

This is a Great Upgrade to my Surface Pro 5 that was freezing up all the time and causing me all sorts of other troubles.
