Fun machine, but some glitches and it is expensive for what it is

I love this computer! It was easy to set-up and use immediately. It is perfect for a second computer to use for my crafting!

Nice design,size, look and interface allows me to accomplish alot and has good design flexibility which allows me to pivot to just entertaining myself which is equally as rewarding

Powerful and compact. Great for travel. Wish the keyboard wasn’t an adder and included upfront. Great resolution, battery life and quick on capability. Ports are sufficient for my needs.

So far works as expected. Fast, efficient and mobile. The only drawback to a lot of folks will be the price. Just remember you get what you pay for. I feel safe to say all Models of the Surface are quality computers.

Enjoying this surface pro soo much! This is my second surface pro. I purchased my 1st one in 2015. I purchased this one for the copilot feature. Love the touch screen!! My old one is gray. I went for the sapphire (blue) this time.

I love my Surface Pro!! I wanted to switch from my MacBook Air to a small profile laptop with a touchscreen but having the optional keyboard is perfect!

I really wanted to like this computer... It's feature-rich and fun. But it's not got the most basic thing a laptop needs: reliability. Sometimes the charger works. Sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the pro keyboard charges. Sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it just wakes up when you hit the power button like a regular tablet. Sometimes you'll just be staring at the windows logo for 30+ seconds waiting for it to boot up again like you fully turned it off or something instead of just shutting the lid. Generally, startup times are rough, the longest I've seen in many years. Even in the 3 minutes of typing this, the screen flashed black and now is a warm light tint instead of white. It has very long startup times. Software misbehaves with ARM. I never got VLC for Arm to work, and VLC for Intel run with compatibility emulation doesn't work quite right. Super basic stuff here. Haven't gotten my external drive I've been using for years to consistently connect to the USB-c port with a hub (and there's no USB-A port). Haven't gotten Windows network drives to behave consistently. And copilot is a marketing gimmick. Very untrustworthy and generally annoying. One of my first interactions with it was just asking "what day of the week is the 20th?", to which it responded with a random day which was not correct for this month, the next month, or the previous month. Instead of being concise and correct, it's fluffed with dialogue-like words asking you how you're doing and things (weird) and gives inaccurate data. MS Paint AI is a gimmick too. Fun for 30 seconds and then when you actually need something from it, it's just not good enough. If it just worked right, it'd be 5 starts, maybe 4 since AI is still just a gimmick at this point.

Very fast and lightweight - easy for travel. I have used the SurfacePro for several years and have never been disappointed. I have one for business and one for my personal use as well.

My son wanted a laptop for school . All he wanted was a product that will help him with his school work amongst other things . We wanted an apple product, he researched and came up with his own plan based on his findings. Though on the high side but it met all his expectations

It's just what I wanted. It works like a profesional equipmemt.

Not suitable for travel entertainment. Due to Microsoft conflicts with other parties, no video downloads are possible to watch during long flights. The $200+ Flex Keyboard only works with the Surface and nothing else. I tried to install Android, and the Surface could not even recognize the bootable USB Drive.

This nifty little mini laptop is fast and the integrated Microsoft software is really helpful.

Minimal and easy to use. I owned the first model that came out and haven’t had one for almost 10 years. The surface is great for personal and business use.

Ideal to use at work and home. Flexible and easy to bring to every place. The best choice.
