Everything about this product was perfect except for the internet connectivity. I suspect it's a one off problem and I just happened to have gotten a faulty one that fell through a crack in the quality assurance process. Thankfully, best buy protection plan kicked in and I wa able to return it for a different brand.

Excellent product from Microsoft. Amazing Surface Pro model with advance and fast operating system. Highly recommended to buy everyone and specially to Microsoft surface user.

My Surface Pro (11th Edition) was just what I was looking for in a tablet. The pen works very good for drawing. The storage for the pen in the keyboard is a nice location.

Great device from Microsoft for all productivity needs. This device is a blessing for all working class professionals. Touch input is a dream with great haptic feedback.

I did not realize that this CPU does not work with lots of different software since it is not AMD or Intel. So even though I was running MS Win 11 Pro on this device, I couldn't install on this PC. I spent two weeks trying to install until I stumbled on this fact while trying a workaround using docker. I am now trying to get this returned to best buy even though I am passed its return time, which must be only 2 weeks. Same on Best Buy for such a short return window and Microsoft for not warning people. I have I can return this and get a credit for my $500 MS Support charge.

Slick, fast (operation and charging), convenient Pen feels much better than I thought

My last surface was surface 3, bought 6 years ago, and its stll as good as new after rough handling.

Love it. Day trading is simple and secure. Pen works well, keyboard is flimsy but that’s ok. Those are add ons anyway

Love and hate. Love the way this is functional for college, however the back stand is flimsy and after 1 year of use, its already broken and won't stand up.

Battery life could be better. But so far a good purchase.

I purchased it for my wife who is a realtor and she is enjoying it tremendously i ordered it one day and arrived the next.

Display is amazing. I have paired with new detachable keyboard and the pen holder is a plus. This is my 4th Surface and favorite- the graphics/display are a differentiator.

It is very nice. We just did not realize it cannot do illustrator. We are disappointed with that aspect.
