Biggest problem is with the keyboard not always being recognized when powering on. You have to detach the keyboard and reattach to get the keyboard to come on. Several others have reported this same problem on community boards. Have not found any fix for it. Other than that problem the Surface Pro 11 works well.

We actually exchanged the first one because the keyboard would not work without detaching and rebooting the Surface. The replacement did the same thing. Research on the Microsoft Tech blogs revealed pages of customers with the same issue and Microsoft has not been able to resolve it. So we returned the returned the 2nd one and got our money back. Sorry but I just can't pay that amount of money for a tablet I have to detach and reattach the keyboard constantly to get it to work. Best Buy staff were great to work with and I appreciate their timely service.

Took it back to bb and was told WE have to ship it to Microsoft! I bought at bb because I thought they’d have better customer service. Don’t buy any Microsoft products from them. They won’t stand by it. I even bought the extended warranty!

Because of the display properties, the items to click are too small for finger taps that are normally used on tablets. You'll need a mouse and keyboard to avoid the frustration of it not recognizing the tiny little icons you're trying to tap on.

You can’t cast from another PC. You can’t print to OneNote. Adobe acts weird. On top of that Microsoft has made all their products almost useless. Attachable keyboard is already wearing out just 3 months later
