the good, Slick, light., fast., gorgeous. good battery life the bad, too expensive, few portrs no accessories, it comes with windows. I'm sorry, but the copilot is pretty useless. and I wish there were more crystallizations and option to replace a lot of a blow to where that's coming with. this device.

Amazing compatibility and speed and perfect device for students!

I had the Lenovo Copilot PC (awesome screen, but no pen support and I don't like that widescreen aspect ratio) so had to spend MORE for a smaller screen and no keyboard on the Surface Pro 11 OLED. This is my 6th Surface device, so I know them well. I'm giving this one 4 stars for two reasons 1) It's really expensive for what it is. And the rip off (physically and financial) new keyboard is insane. That combined with this makes it a $2000 laptop with 13 inch screen which is just crazy money. The $999 entry level model is probably fine for 90% of users but I do a lot of photography so wanted the extra colors and contrast of OLED. 2) The fans run on this a lot. For no reason - the CPU usage can be at 5% and the fans are running. I'm sure there's a middleware update Microsoft can issue to stop it firing up so often but I think they may have pushed too much CPU with this Elite inside this slim chassis and not left enough space for venting it. The Surface Laptop and Lenovo probably don't have the same issue. Other things are what you expect from surface - great writing experience, 120HZ refresh is awesome, front camera is amazing - have had comments on zoom calls it looks like a DSLR connected.

Absolutely love it ! So easy and love that it has face recognition! So I don’t have to type my password in each time!

This is my 3rd Surface Pro. I've used them for many years. I love the form factor, speed, & ease of use.

Good Laptop/Tablet, It has the same level of performance and class as an Apple IPad. I Recommend this one to a must have.

I bought this computer as I needed it, but honestly have felt in love with it. I literally take it everywhere I go and it’s so easy to just set what ever I need up.

Compact light weight, easy to travel with and take around everyday.

If you are thinking about getting it, just do. Better than a MACBOOK

I got this tablet because it was the more affordable of the snapdragon x elite models. I knew I would need a new SSD for what I planned to do with it. Microsoft has made it super easy to access your SSD so you can upgrade it. you would think by doing that they would make sure that the tablet was able to run any major brand SSD which is not the case. I got a WD 2TB at the store while I got the tablet. Once installed I had constant shut downs at random times, blue screens, and other issues. I would not call myself a professional with PC repair but im also not novice either I build my own PCs and never had issues. As it turns out Microsoft tablets cant accept the higher end WD 2TB SSDs because they use too much power. I tried changing settings and fixing that issue that way but it did not matter the issue was still there. I tried as much research as I could and basically the only answer was to use another brand SSD. I ended up selling the tablet with the original 512gb ssd back in it to a friend. You would think a company as large as Microsoft would assure their computer would accept any major brand SSD without issue. If these no name off brand computers and tablets, and even my Rog Ally can run them just fine this should. I do not recommend if you are planning on upgrading. pro side of things, the screen is amazing on these things and the Snapdragon x elite did a great job running adobe programs and affinity programs without issue. I used Davinci resolve as well but just briefly because of the issues I had

So far has been a great device. I Hope widows app store steps up there game. Would make this devices a powerful tool for work and leisure.

Joined most expensive membership for the opportunity to have grek squad assist in setting this new surfacepro from my old one. I haven't been able to open my Gmail for 2 months. Then only a 20 minute time limit if I decide to bring it back. I don't like the new surface pro as much as the one from 2023

Love this surface pro. Easy to carry around and multiple features for teaching’s such as drawing with stylus and typing.

I bought this for my daughter who loves to sketch , she wants to be a graphic designer and the resolution on the surface is amazing . Makes all her sketches pop out wonderfully.

Microsoft - Surface Pro Copilot + PC - Sapphire was purchased and given as a gift. What a joy is was to present this gift to a deserving person!!!! Surface Pro has been tried and true to this individual. This is the only pc they trust!!! I was more than glad to do it!!!
