Head set is horrible sounds like everyone is under water

Keep disconnecting from series x console, lots of static, do not buy.

Not big head certified I have broken plenty head phones over time I felt like I would break in a couple days

Had constant disconnect issues with my Xbox Series X despite updates, resets, etc. Decided to return and go with a Steelseries Arctis Nova 7x which is working much better

At max volumn you can barely hear anything. You can hear the smallest sounds in your room when this headset is at max volumn. I am very upset with these headphones. I am returning them asap!

The headset loses signal and doesn’t bring the charger.

I Returned the next day, Would not hold a connection, even after updating twice it kept blinking off and on moving right up to my Xbox it was still would not stay connected.

It sounds muffled on xbox and pc my friend couldn’t hear me I couldn’t hear them its just bad.

BestBuy deleting negative reviews again... Doesn't work with pc wireless dongles. Issues pairing with series X/S consoles.

Would recommend, pairs to Xbox without the USB. Can also pair to Phone, PC, etc via Bluetooth. Can also pair to multiple devices at once. It is easily the best headset I've had in years. Has a 10 hour battery, charges really quick too! It's also very convenient that there is a chat mixer knov on one earmuff, and the other has a volume knob. It has a mute button also and the light signals if the battery is dying or not, red=dying white=charged. Would recommend if you want a long lasting headset that is reliable.

They were a christmas gift. He absolutely loves them. He can play the game now and all i hear is him. Hes totally immersed in the game from these headphones.

Small earmuffs made long gaming sessions hard on the ears. However, Simple controls and integrated design worth the price.

I connected them and use them and I played Nba 2k25 and Destiny 2 and these headphones are the truth Xbox did they thang I love them and recommend them

Pairs easy, and great quility sound. Having the volume on none side, and chat mixer on the other is key, very user friendly!

Do not buy. I purchased a pair assuming that Microsoft headsets will work well with Microsoft console. Nope. They were constantly not working properly. Go third party instead.

bought 2 headsets that both just started breaking and fell apart...mind you i barely play the game and i take very good care of my stuff...

I got the headset ready to play video games. And the second I speak my buddies tell me the quality of the mic is terrible!!! I switched back to my $35 wired headset and they immediately noticed a difference!!

First 10 min worked good but after kept disconnecting from consol and static noise like crazy im upset, going with the turtle beach 700 gen 3 i guess .
