Headset didn’t work

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the headset and was good at first but after awhile it started to just didn’t have any audio no matter how many times we Reset the Headset to factory settings and updating it. Even plugging the headset into the console didn’t do anything. Wouldn’t reccomend getting the wireless xbox headset.

I’m past the return date so I’m stuck with them. Nothing has solved my issues with the headsets.

You can hear the smallest sounds in your room when this headset is at max volumn. I am very upset with these headphones. I am returning them asap!

Can also pair to multiple devices at once. It is easily the best headset I've had in years. Has a 10 hour battery, charges really quick too! It's also very convenient that there is a chat mixer knov on one earmuff, and the other has a volume knob. It has a mute button also and the light signals if the battery is dying or not, red=dying white=charged. Would recommend if you want a long lasting headset that is reliable.
