Not a bad product considering there’s not many choices that you can use with the Xbox.

I bought them for my grandson for his birthday. And, he/ My grandson said he loves them.

Initial headset had wireless technology issue but replacement was same great headset that I was used to.

I have purchased this item multiple time. At first I thought I just had bad luck and got a defective model but I’ve multiple issues I have realized that this product is just bad build quality over all especially for the price.

For the price, its ridiculous it doesnt come with a charging cord. But also I had to trade it in becuase it kept making a sharp noise randomly and the replacement does the same exact thing. I wish they sold the older model, it was so much better than this one.
