Never buying xbox headsets again from you guys. Thank you.

Headset sounds great, but the mic is awful. Keeps breaking up in parties. Now the replacement they sent me, is doing the same thing. Stay very far away from this headset!

I returned in perfect condition and within return date because mic wasn't as good as I’d hope but the biggest issue was they didn’t wana return my money back to the card and instead just gave me a gift card saying there was an issue on there end and nothing they can do about it. Spoke to a supervisor and even tho he said I followed the return policy there eas nothing they can do. Def won’t be buying anything online form them

The audio was awful on Xbox and needed customization. It was even worse on PC since it’s only way of connecting is Bluetooth which sucks for games. To top it off, the way the headset fits on your head sucks.

Even plugging the headset into the console didn’t do anything. Wouldn’t reccomend getting the wireless xbox headset.

I’m past the return date so I’m stuck with them. Nothing has solved my issues with the headsets.
