So when a new gen was introduced I just knew I was about to give me a even better experience but since my purchase... which I've had now for going on maybe 4 months or so has been overall a headache while the bass has improved, it trades off noise filtration that mitigates distortion (woomp woom) & is ..that's a lot of disconnection issues that happens because of the dual functionality of the Bluetooth, where you can be in a party while at the same time being connected to your phone and you didn't answer the call when it rings with no disconnection or issues.

After messing with sertings and googling for an hour, I finally restarted the console and the scrathyness went away. The only problem i have now is the knob on the headset volume is not very precise. Its either full volume or too quiet.
