I opened the package then turned the xbox on and it makes a loud buzzing noise then while playing cod ww2 it shuts off. First time buying a system and will never do it again.

The new Xbox one will not allow a split screen, so that was the reason I returned this item. That was one of the best features of the Xbox so you could play with Family and friends, now you can't. Unless you go online or have more than one console in your home. This was a mistake but shows Microsoft is catering to online people first and not the people who play at home, I do understand why they did this other than Money reasons. it is a shame seemed like a good product.

This was bought for a Christmas gift, and came with a free 3 month card for Xbox live. Again, bought for Christmas. Xbox live card expired 12/24. Not happy

If you are not sure of getting a 4K blu ray player, then get this. This is probably a better deal overall.

I loved this gaming console and not heavily used but so far a good experience.

ok for starters or for when your kids starts to gaming.

its a solid system for backwards compatibility if not buy the ps4

You would think with all the electronics out there you could put in a game and play it, not wait over night to download! And to buy another controller is to expensive.

I was not a fan of this because it played ZERO of my old Xbox games. I was hoping to use this as a dual purpose machine - 4K player and gaming device. Nope.

Do yourself a favor, get a PS4... It actually has games.. and I mean real games, PS Plus gives waaay better games than Xbox Live. Fact

Kids dont even play it anymore. It always want to update and takes forever. My wifi and internet are not slow. I'll stick to Nintendo

I purchased this Xbox one s last year during blackfriday with a free controller, and I'm really thankful that it still runs great with awesome quality on my 4k tv. And now the price is really low and I recommend everyone to try it out.

I had to return this without even hooking it up as it had a few loose screws rolling around in console. Best buy didn't even question it and replaced it without a problem.

I should of just stayed with the free original Xbox one they have me. The interface is still the same and my Logitech G933 doesn't even conect to this.

We may have a faulty system so will be returning. Games freeze up. Have had XBOX savvy friends try to fix to no avail.

Impulse buy, I should have bought a PS. Hate the controllers on Xbox, always have. The menu is confusing -- not happy.

This console is worth the money, if you compare it with the newer model you can see the major difference it has. I haven't played on xbox for a couple of years but now finally seeing this latest model made me want to have another. At first I started off with the Xbox 360 Elite way back.
