    it's cheaper now than it was before but you know i'm still playing the old school 360 and Xbox original games because there's not really anything good for the Xbox One X

    I only played it for 2 days, and there is a strange sound coming from the inside, which sounds like a hard disk can’t read(stuck). Does the Xbox have a warranty policy?

    Who cares, just a gaming station that is expensive and no fun. I'll rather drive "The Cars" video game on old console. Overpriced.

    The Hdmi output is flawed and doesn’t function correctly due to subpar manufacturing. Microsoft is aware of the issue but has yet to fix it. It has turned me off to Xbox since this is my second new Xbox with system compromising flaws. I used the digital Star Wars game code so when I returned the system I lost $60, I also ate the cost of all the games I had purchased for this system because I had opened them and could not return them for their original value.

    I got this for the Grandkids, I soon figured out that you need a Great Internet connection, Everytime they turned it on....it would take 2 days to satify it's download thurst and I'm not talking dnloading new games. It came with one game, and it needs to download GB's not MB's everytime...I don't have that fast of an Internet so I got rid of it.

    It's shut off more than once when i tried to join multiplayer games! Freaking pathetic. I'm glad i didn't pay the full price at the time!

    I have had issues with video quality and the Xbox locking up on me at times, this is my second problematic Xbox one X of 3 purchased.

    Not really enjoying this XBOX. The constant updates because of the time I purchased it and how long the games have been out has been a constant nightmare. Turn on the console, game must update. It took me almost two full days to update the games I wanted to play, turn it off for a couple of days and more updates. It seems they never end. It's a shame. I'll stick with my switch instead.

    If you have an XBox One that works fine there is no need to upgrade. The improvements with the X are insignificant.

    Horrible warranties for game systems.

    Will never buy a warranty through best buy again let alone shop there brought back the system broken son dropped it he has involuntary muscle movements he can't control at times. The outer shell and USB port is busted and so is the controller didn't know then warranties you buy for systems are geek squad protection repair instead of replacement warranties. So now I get to wait several weeks for them to just tell me its busted and cant be fixed instead of just giving the store credit. In store. I will not be buying anything else from best buy again. Go to gamestop where they won't give you crap about oh its going to have to be sent for replacement first instead of another system or store credit.

    Boring and unfulfilling. Bought it because it was cheap and thought maybe it had improved. Bulky slow and unreliable. If you want a system with good exclusive titles either get a switch or a PlayStation. This system lacks everything

    I have brought a faulty controller back twice following instructions I have gotten from Best Buy either over the phone or in person. Still haven’t gotten controller replaced. Doesn’t seem like it should be this hard.

    Obviously during quarantine you’re expected to wait a fair amount of time when buying and shipping something from BB. I waited about ten to twelve days for this console to come and when it finally arrived straight out of the box there was an update issue that couldn’t be fixed. Held the start button for ten seconds to try and restart it, nothing. Tried again and unplugged for 30 seconds, also nothing. Then I tried resetting my router, tried downloading the update with wired AND wireless connection—nothing. I’m really upset that I wasted so much time doing this.

    Five Total Xboxes and Still Problems

    I purchased this in february and over the course of 2 weeks, I exchanged it four times for new units as every single one had issues ranging from color tinting, to melting, to just shutting itself off. There's something about the lot of units manufactured for the fallen order bundles that isn't right. My 5th unit is now at Microsoft to be repaired. It had issues as well but unfortunately once lockdown hit, it was impossible to find another xbox to even attempt an exchange. I would steer clear of the Fallen Order bundles.

    It hasnt even been 8 full months since I bought this xbox and it has stopped working. The video from the xbox no longer gets recognized through the HDMI port. After doing the Microsoft troubleshooting, trying 3 different HDMI cords and 2 different TVs, it does not work. This xbox has been in a well ventilated spot since I bought it, and it never moves. Jokes on me I guess since I didn't buy the warranty because I didn't think the best available Xbox someone could buy at the time would break after 8 months.
