Great headset for the price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have several different headsets that I have used with my various Xbox’s over the years and this one performs very well with my Xbox series X even when compared to other headsets that cost 50% more. The fit is adjustable and comfortable even if you have a larger head. The sound quality is good and can be tweaked using the app on your Xbox. The large dial controls on the earcups makes adjusting volume and game/chat balance easy. USB C charging is a plus and the battery life seems to be accurately stated at about 15 hours. It pairs with your Xbox’s seamlessly and the ability to also pair it via Bluetooth to your phone or tablet allows you to listen to music, chat on Discord when crossplaying with friends on PC, or even take a phone call while you are gaming. Overall, this is a very nice headset for the price.

Into the Stars
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve always wanted a headset for gaming but I’ve always thought that some of them looked kinda ridiculous (my opinion), but I’ve always like the Xbox official headset but never went for it until the Starfield showcase. It is a solid headset and is comfortable to wear for long sessions. The design is unique because of the Starfield promotion. One of my favorite things about it is that the volume is a dial that you can rotate which I think is brilliant and hides the need for buttons. Overall I love this headset

Great heapdphones for the price.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound and value for the price. The bass is a bit punchy even on lowest setting. Battery life seems good so far and mic has good quality. Setup was simple and the volume controls on ear cup are very responsive. For the price they are a great deal.

Great headset from Microsoft
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First I’m glad to say that this new Microsoft Headset design is nice! It’s not complex every corner is smooth and no hard edges! The pads are comfortable round style. I find it it fit my ears well. The volume Nobs are incorporated with the side of the headset it’s super nice touch! The green power button is Easy to find and use. The mic is retractable and looks into place, the mic quality yet need to be tested. For the price this headset is amazing especially it’s best used with my Xbox series X, you can use the equalizer with your Xbox series x and it’s a must feature to have. The wireless signal is not excellent within 6-7 feet distance.

Fantastic product for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really loved this headset for the price its virtually unbeatable. Having 2 different connections is extremely valuable. Sound quality is good not perfect but very good for the price. Battery Life is quite good and the ability to use it while charging makes the 20 hr battery life not a problem and the ability to charge for 30 min and get 4 hrs of batt life is quite nice. Extremely comfortable, the ear cushions are heavenly and block out most sound, I cannot hear normal conversations or my neighbors' kids screaming, even without sound on. Because of the nature of the cups, it can get a little sweaty around the ears, but I didn't find it unbearable and would definitely deal with it for the quality of isolation achieved. Mic is good I haven't had any complaints. The dial system is extremely user friendly and just feels nice to use. They don't look very "gamer" which is nice if you want to wear them out an about. Sound quality is great for the price and Music sounds good and I felt it had a good soundscape. I would definitely make sure you get the Xbox accessories app and tweak the sound as I found out of the box, they are very bass heavy. Don't let that scare you as once you tweak them in the app, they become very nice. Although I did find them a little bit flat sounding it wasn't terribly noticeable for anyone not a sound snob. I used them on my pc with Bluetooth for gaming which would be probably my only complaint simply because you cannot use stereo audio and be on a discord call at the same time simply due to Bluetooth limitations. However, I think that this problem is erased by using the Xbox wireless adapter, but I don't have one so wouldn't be able to tell you. I ended up having to warranty claim these as the curved piece of plastic that the mic is attached to snapped and left the mic dangling though still working. I'm not sure what happened although I'm pretty sure my 2yr old probably got a hold of them so I'm not sure if that is a product defect or something to watch out for. Would absolutely buy again if in stock.

Simply the Best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a little skeptical of these given the $99 price point, but they definitely deliver. The bass is absolutely fantastic. I usually play apex a lot and the precision of the sound is just awesome. Almost feels like I'm in the game. The ability to connect to my phone while playing games is a feature you don't realize you want until you have it. Being able to take calls, or listen to music (that I can adjust separate from the game) while playing is an excellent bonus. The mic is also very precise, but as others have stated, the mintoring is a bit weak. I don't really care to listen to myself talk so I turn it off anyway, but if that's something you prefer might want to consider another option or hope they release an update for it later.

The EQ settings make a huge difference, WOW!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tip of advice, the EQ settings GREATLY affect sound quality. Out of the box they were good, but after tweaking EQ, these things are crazy for the money! Looking for a headset that blows every other headset in the price range out of the water? Get this. This sounds better than my $300 beats and they’re not even for music! The bass boost option goes up to +12 and will shake your head more than the skull candy crushers at that level without distorting sound at all. With the EQ you can perfect the sound to sound just as good as your favorite headphones. Clarity is great, bass is punchy where it needs to be and rumbles where it needs to as well. I’ll be using these as a universal pair of headphones for my Xbox and just plain listening to music. These are a steal! Great job Microsoft.

Great but
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I get some connectivity issues here and then and that is the only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars. Otherwise, its an excellent gaming headset. Solid design, comfortable and amazing sound with Dolby Atmos.

Beautiful Headset!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The design is gorgeous! I have nothing bad to say except that the clamp force was a little tight. I had to stretch them out for about an hour, and they have fit perfectly ever since! They sound as good as the regular xbox wireless headphones...bass heavy, but can be adjusted. Get them if you can!

must buy these
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had these since they were released. When I initially connected, too much bass. This can be adjusted in the eq app on the xbox. Sound quality is great. Battery life is long. My only complaint is that the left adjustment dial is no longer doing its job. I get chat at full volume, and boy is it annoying. Connectivity issues are persistant, but i blame the xbox, not the headphones. They will disconnect and reconnect sometimes for no reason. Its very strange. For the price, they cant be beat!

Best one so far
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far, this is the best headphone for xbox. The sound is accurate for fps games. Pushing the power button on the headphone turns the xbox on or off. The volume controll and chat are by turning the outside of the ear piece wish removes the trying to find the buttons whyle playing. The battery life gives you all day of playing. Really confortable tu use. I trully belive this is really worth the money.

Good, but not for ua
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We ended up returning these in favor of another headset due to how they fit as well as being leather, rather than a breathable mesh. Audio quality was good, but a bit on the high base side, but this can be adjustable. I don't believe they are a bad product, they just weren't what we were looking for.

Nice headset and a good value
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Comfortable, good battery life, great sound and mic is pretty dang gd. For ppl that seem to knock mic must be audiophiles because it does a gd job. My buddy had no issue hearing me. Love the dials on each side. In full disclosure i did return them ONLY because i was able to get the turtle beach recon 500 on sale for $47. If that wasnt a sale a few days after paying 99 for these id kpt them. Their worth the $100 but ill always prefer the longevity of a good sounding wired anything be it a headset or a controller.

Seamless connection, Great Design
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy set-up connection to Xbox Series X (only thing I'm using the headset for). Comfortable headband and ear pads, even while wearing glasses. Both controls for volume and the chat/in-game balance are simple to use while playing, the outer dials are a great design choice. Mic sound is clear from what others tell me. Sound quality is fine, not quite as immersive as the 3-D audio from PS. Battery life is solid. Great value for the price.

MS knocks this outta the park, for the most part!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Initial impressions were that the sound was a little flat and extremely bass heavy but after breaking them in and tweaking settings, they sound pretty darn good for the price point! Haven't had them long enough to determine durability but they feel more solid than my Stealth 700 Gen 2s (that lasted a little more than a year before cracking where the headband meets the left earmuff). At any rate, best bang for buck if you want a wireless headset that uses the Xbox connection while still also having bluetooth AND supports Dolby Atmos.

Better than Astro A50
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Prefer this headset over the Logitech Astro A50. Comparing these 99.99 headphones to 299.99 these have better bass, sound, and actual use of Dolby Atmos on Xbox Series X. Every explosion rumbles on my ears in fps games and dialogue sounds clear. Another benefit is if i have a discord call with friends on my computer or phone, I can use bluetooth and hear my xbox and my discord call and chat while listening to the game i’m in as well. Excellent job to the Microsoft team, first confident purchase i’ve had in years!

High quality and affordable.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset is awesome! very comfortable and snug. The ear knobs to control volume and chat/game levels are smooth and very responsive. The microphone is a tad short but that comes in handy for when you use the headset in other situations besides gaming. I've done 8 hour sessions with no battery issue. Charges quickly. My only con is that if i'm in a game and turn it on, it will turn off my console. I have to go home, connect, and then it works fine. But that seems more like a console/headset communication bug (that will certainly be fixed) and nothing with the headset itself.

Good but...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Is not a bad choice but it has some issues. Connection is good, the volume dials are awesome, sound is good, battery life is great, pairs so quickly. The mic struggles with the mic monitoring, if you have it on the high setting it will make you sound like you're underwater. The ear cups get really, really hot and will make your ears sweat. You need to take it off to cool down. The mute button is located at the end of the mic piece and it has no texture making it hard to locate by touch. Is possible to flip the mic up but it will be it doesn't have a dedicated space for it.
