Bought these along with a new xbox exclusively to play Starfield. The accessibility and ease of use is great. Connects instantly to the xbox when you power on the headset. Tv sound can still be on while your in the headphones. Volume control is always quickly controllable on the headset. Sound quality is better than I expected. Design is awesome. Still waiting on release day but I can definetly see my self wearing these for hours upon hours playing what should be the greatest video game of our time. Thank you Bethesda!

Great headphones! A much needed upgrade from my HyperX! They were really easy to connect via the Accessories app, but it need an firmware upgrade immediately out of the box, but not a big deal. The volume control on the right ear make it easy to make adjustments. The left ear control allows to make adjustments to hear either chat or the game. I love this feature. I have a large head (7 3/8 hat size) and these for great. Not tighr on the ears and no discomfort on top of my head. The sound quality is really good and you can even make afnistm in the accessories app. The issue I have is that it seems my ears might be a tiny bit too big for the ear holes. After an hour or so of having them on I can feel some discomfort, but not enough to make me want to take them off. All in all well worth it for the price.

Really surprised and impressed. My Steel series broke and I was bummed. Also not looking forward to spending $140 or more for "decent" headphones, but I caved and got Microsoft's headphones for 100. Now I'm wondering why I spent so much on cans over the years. These are great. Sturdy, good sound, elegant design. Comfortable for a couple hours at least and that's with my glasses. Zero complaints, IDK why more people don't talk about these.

I have been loving this headset as it's very comfortable (even with glasses) and works phenomenally. The customizing with game/chat volume along with overall volume is a game-changer. Going one step further and customizing audio setting on the Xbox helps you reach its full potential. Dual pairing with my phone also makes it so I can easily take calls with having to mess multiple devices. The battery life as never been an issue for me and I've only had to charge it once every couple weeks. The only negative I can think of would be the top of my head gets a little sore after wearing it for hours, but I might just need to adjust the length of it slightly. I just move it a centimeter or so every hour and I don't notice anything.

Amazing headset for a reasonable price! Get it now if you have an Xbox1, you won't be disappointed...or maybe you are the type of person that gets disappointed easy. If so, then still get the headset anyway but try to enjoy life a bit more, you deserve it. Good sound, wireless and made by Microsoft, so no compatibility/recognition issues. Can listen to Bluetooth music at the same time as you are playing so you can listen to your smooth jazz while playing COD. Also, the headset is a nice fit, but really can't hear anyone around you in real life when you have it on. Sorry what?

    Best Xbox Wireless Headset

This is the best headset to use on the Xbox platform, no contest. There are other options out there that provide better audio quality, but for $100, this headset combines essential features that are not found elsewhere. This headset allows wireless connectivity directly to an Xbox and bluetooth connectivity to another device concurrently. That allows me to hear both game audio and discord voice chat (via the app on my phone) at the same time. Physical controls on the headset make it easy to balance out what you listen to. As for battery life, it lasted for about 15 hours but will vary depending on the user. The headset also comes with 6 months of Dolby Atmos, which after tweaking the settings, makes the audio sound much better.

My boyfriend bought me these, and I was really excited about trying them out! They look so clean with a sick design but the mic was TERRIBLE. The sound was great but my friends said I sounded like I was underwater, and far from the mic. Also it picked up tons of sound from the background, even if I messed with the settings. Another thing the bass and sound was amazing, especially if you tweak the settings but the mic was kind of a deal breaker for me. If you’re looking for a headset and you typically just play with yourself and not be in a party with anyone else, these might be the best buy for you. I think these had a lot of potential, but Microsoft definitely needs to work on the mic. Sad to say i’ll be returning these.

All you need in a headset. Sharp sound, easy set up, can adjust both game volume and voice volume separately, pairs with other devices besides xbox, option to have mic on or off during gameplay, and my favorite part is the padding. It is very soft and comfortable to wear. Doesnt make your head sore after wearing for a while. Bought one for my best friend too and he loves it. You wont regret this buy.

Had To Hard Reset Series X To Work

Pairing the headset and operating it are simple. The problem I had was I enabled the 5 month free Dolby Atmos trial through the Dolby app on the Series X (only place to do it), I got no sound, or the sound would work here and there. I also turned off HDMI headphone sound on the console's audio settings because this headset is direct-connect, no HDMI needed. Now for the massive issue I had. I know the headset needed a firmware update and the only place to do that is through the Xbox Accessories app that's built into the console. Meaning, if you have a problem with that app, you can't delete and reinstall it. Every time I tried to open the Accessories app, it would immediately close, no matter what I tried (clearing cache, ect...). Microsoft suggests doing a soft reboot of the console, meaning go to console reset and erase everything except games and apps. Being I had a problem with an un-deletable app, this wasn't going to work. Fortunately the Accessories app is tied to the internal drive of the Series X. So I moved all my games and other apps from the internal storage to the 1TB Seagate SSD card. 98% full at that point. I proceeded with a hard update (not soft), meaning erase everything, including games and apps, but made sure to unplug the Seagate SSD before doing so just in case it tried to erase that also. Btw... I also backed up system settings to the SSD before doing this. So after completely initializing the console, the Accessories app worked. There is an update for it, but I updated it before all this and that's when the problems started. After setting up the basic console again, I plugged the SSD back in and it restored all my system settings (privacy, security, app data, ect...). Opened the Accessories app, it immediately noticed the headset and updated the firmware. I followed the audio settings advice from the guy with the 1st review on this headset here on Bestbuy's site about how to customize the audio. It now sounds great and the Dolby works wonderful. If you missed it earlier, you get a free 5 month Dolby Atmos for Headphones trial just by buying this headset. I didn't update the Accessories app because I never had a problem until I did. So if you run into a similar situation, try my troubleshooting steps. Even if you don't have the 1TB expansion card, you can use any external HDD to transfer all you games and info to so you don't need to redownload everything and set everything up again. Microsoft needs to work on stability issues with the Series X. As this isn't the first time I've had a problem with something. Before it was new controllers turning the system on/off, and I still have an issue if the console is left on and idle for a few hours. Hopefully this helps someone else so you don't have to return the headset because they're very hard to get.

Better than I expected. They seem to be built well, and sound very good for its price point in gaming headphones. They are on the bassy side. Will play with the equalizer more but for now I am just happy that it has that ability. Always thought it was odd that we couldn't adjust that directly on the xbox and had to reply on presets . I would like the mic to be removable though and a little longer. I can't see the light to tell if the mic is on or not past my beard. :)

These cans are essential kit if you're looking to add a wireless option to your Xbox setup. They pair exactly like a controller, and power down automatically when the system turns off, which is a great feature. The mic provides crystal clear sound, turns easily on and off via a button on the base, and has an LED on the tip to indicate when it's off. Finally, the volume is controlled by rotating the outside of the right cup, while the chat/audio balance control is on the left side. Add in surprisingly decent sound and you've got an irresistible little package

    Great Headset for XBox users

Pros: -Great Sounding -Great Noise Cancelling -Great Battery Life -Easy Sync with other devices -USB C Charging -Easy Mute Button Cons: -Turning on the headset will always turn on your Xbox.. even if you pair it with your phone or other device.. if the XBox is within distance, it will turn on after the headset does. There is no way around this or setting to turn this feature off, except un-pairing with the XBox. -The controls to adjust game chat / game sounds and overall volume are on the sides of the headset... so if you're like me and grab the sides to put it on, you'll inadvertently adjust volumes for things when you put it on and take it off. -The mic picks up EVERYTHING.

its a good headset but its not a mind blowing headset. when i first got this headset it was very uncomfortable and after a long period of use it actually starts to get very uncomfortable 2 months after purchase. this mic isn't very long n picks ups background sound many times from what my friends hear from my end. audio is decent but you will have to modify it to your liking. the battery tends to last me around 3-4 days before i need to charge them. they connect automatically to my Series S n iphone. for a wireless headset id say get them for $100 they r very solid but if u have more cash to spend i recommend something from the steelseries line up as those headsets are much more comfortable and the audio tends to sound better to me

I’ve had these for like 2 years now and I love them! They are extremely comfortable. I’ve tried many headphones and always end up getting a headache and ears sometimes hurt because I have small ears. But these right here are my favorite and I’ve used them consistently for the past 2 years. You always want to buy quality products that actually last and these fit the criteria through and through . You won’t regret it!

All I can say is phew! If you are a bass enthusiast this headset here are the headsets for you. I have not tested these without dolby atmos (I purchased it several years ago), but man oh man. The highs and mid could be better, but what gives this headset the boom are the easy/comfortable controls and of course the bass. This is great for listening to hip-hop and other bass heavy genres. For me, there are my pros than cons. Pros: Easy and comfortable controls Decent microphone Strong battery life Equalizer are controlled by app (no more accidentally switching to another preset *cough turtlebeach cough* Cons: Mute button in awkward place Highs and mids aren't the best
