    This product looks good but is a disappointment. I purchased this for Mother's Day as an additional gift for my wife. She started off excited but after 5 minutes told me she didn't like it, and she preferred the leg massager by the same seller that we got a few months earlier. I tried this massager for a few minutes and quickly realized why she wasn't happy; it didn't do much. Despite having 5 speed settings, the difference between settings 3-5 was pretty insignificant. To compare, I took out a roller my daughter had for her sports and tried that one out. The manual roller worked better. On a side note, I'm just as disappointed with Best Buy as I was the product. As noted, I purchased this for Mother's Day, but the marketplace return policy is only 15 days. From the day I received the item to Mother's Day was about 15 days. I tried to return it a couple days later and I was told that the item was no longer returnable. I contacted the seller and they said to contact Best Buy because they couldn't override the return policy. I called Best Buy and got AI. When I did speak to a live person, he was polite but said he couldn't do anything and referred me back to the Best Buy webpage. As a Total Tech Member, I'm very disappointed all the way around with this purchase, especially when I've purchased at least 3 other items from this seller in the past year. When I purchase from the Best Buy website, I do so as a loyal customer and look at myself as purchasing from Best Buy. If I wanted to buy from a Market Place, I'd go to Amazon or another site. Going forward, it would help your customers if you make it more clear in the packaging or through a reminder email that the return date is much shorter for their marketplace sellers. Anyway, I'll save my breath. Best Buy; do better!!! Once again, don't waste your money or expect top level customer service for that matter.
