Christmas gift for kids

We thought there was a way to transfer all the worlds, etc. from the 360 game to the One platform, but if there is a way, it's not intuitive (but none of the Microsoft accounts associated with Xbox are intuitive, so maybe that's it...). Anyway, they had to start over building their worlds, but it didn't seem to bother them too much.
