My son loves it. I got him setup in creative mode and without and XBox Live account he is going to town and building :-). Great to play on the big screen. Highly recommend. He still enjoys playing on the iMac but I have to say there is something to playing on the console and on the TV.

This is a very good gaming choice for people with an Xbox, it has great visuals and comes with mini-games that are loads of fun to play by yourself and with friends. It also has amazing multiplayer quality that doesn’t make the game lag or glitch while playing with other people. The game also allows you to be creative and teach you to balance and save your resources while at the same time go on awesome adventures and get creative building structures. Another good advantage is that it teaches you a few parts of architecture like measurements and area. I recommend this to people of all ages that like to be “out of the box”.

I purchased the Minecraft for my daughter for her iPad initially. But then I found that the game version had MORE than the iPad version. Why? Idk. But my daughter has unleashed this massive creative side that we didn't know existed. She would spend hours building (if we allowed her to) and creating different worlds. If you need something to occupy your child....heck, even yourself...get this. We play together sometimes, supervising each other. It's great for Mommy-N-Me time.
