The agent took down old camera and install new one. Agent talk to Arlo representative on the phone and answer questions they had and questions I had.

The guys did an excellent job installing our 8 cameras and setting it up with our computers and cell phones. They showed us how to use it and were very helpful.

After two break in we purchased a camera system from Best Buy.

The agents work extremely hard installing these cameras, in the attic in 90* heat in the afternoon. Installation went excellent, and cameras look professional.

The agents were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable about the system install. They cleaned up after themselves and discussed what they were doing.

The wired security cameras still NOT working properly. one of the cameras goes off line at night. another camera keep flickering. I have called several times to have the issues fixed, but still nothing happened. I called the 3rd party provider, he did not return my calls. I text him still nothing. I contacted GeekSquad, still waiting.

Totally dissatisfied with Geek Squad installation. I have never had worse service in my entire life. These incompetent people have given me the run around and did an installation of my equipment that looks like someone in kindergarten could have installed.

The third party installed the system. However, they damaged my ceiling and although I have submitted a claim, they have not paid and ignoring my calls. The system is still not working properly and I cannot get my phone app to function. The Geek Squad came in to hang the TV to the system but they would not run the HDMI cord from the DVR to the TV. I was told that the third party was supposed to do that because the Squad is not certified to do it. The third part said the Squad was supposed to do it. I finally ran it myself.
