    Rick and James did an excellent job! They installed 5 cameras, a DVR, a backup drive, and Rick even helped me set up the camera tie in to my smartphone! Great service very courteous!

    I filed a complaint because I needed one of my camera to be adjusted. Call the technician, manager and supervisor, no one called me back. I filed a complaint with Bestbuy headquarters and no one called me back.
