Haven’t refunded me for more than a month

They Couldn’t Install

When the tech got there, after waiting 2 weeks for the soonest appointment, he advised that we were supposed to have an electrician extend outlets.

Camera systems are becoming increasingly popular, and although in many cases, the required parts to operate the device may be included, that does not mean every home is readily prepared for installation. Asking those discovery questions when working with Clients during the purchase is important to ensure the installation runs smoothly, and I am sorry that did not seem to have occurred during your visit.
