    Great nylon band that does not make your wrist smell sour like the plastic one does. My wrist feels light and my watch doesn't feel as heavy.

    I give this a 4, because a little tricky putting on your wrist having to use body and one hand. It is totally adjustable to fit wrist. Loose or as tight as you can stand.
