    I have wanted an Apple watch since they became available several years ago. This new 4th version is my first. The health apps tipped the scale. The heart rate monitor is very accurate compared to other fitness watches I have used in the past. The hear rate tracks comparable methods on heart rate equipped fitness machines perfectly. Due the accurate heart rate monitoring, movement, altitude, and GPS tracking, all of the fitness systems are likewise accurate. This watch is perfect for senior citizens that want to obtain and maintain optimum fitness.
