I used this on my new watch. It protects the edges of the watch and in case you bump the watch it protects it from damage.

This product has provided me protection for my investment of an iWatch Series GPS beyond my expectations. The only issue I have is that it ride higher than the screen edge causing a little difficulty using the Touch Screen with ease. However, it was not high enough (apparently) to prevent the lens protector I bought to add to protect my investment; the bubble caused by the seeming defect in shaping correctly to the lens left the lens protector primed to catch on something that caused the lens protector to pop right off. Fortunately, the bumper that protects the sides of my watch is made so well that I find it difficult to see any sign that I’ve bumped into things; which happens all to often while working within machines throughout my daily work.

They serve their purpose of protecting your watch. The clear one is definitely better than the grey one. The grey one’s paint began peeling off a few weeks after I put it on. Also, they make the watch clunky, and tame away from the sleekness of the actual Apple Watch. Overall, product works but will need replaced sooner than later.

I bought the Modal Bumper Case for my Apple Watch as a back-up for the bumper case which came with my Apple Watch. I have not needed to use this case yet, which speaks to the value of the original bumper case, but I have compared this to the original case and they appear to be of equal quality and value. It is always good to have a backup at-hand!
