I had a gold series one watch and upgraded to a series 3. Let my son use my old watch. Bought the black cover to cover the gold. Worked great! Won't know it was gold!

Great simple case for your Apple Watch. I like it because it doesn’t look bulky, gives you easy access to the dial and buttons without making them harder to press.

The clear one did discolor with time and use. But protected watch case from running into walls etc. does not directly cover/protect screen.
