Bad purchase

Pretty Well Made, Bright Color!

Looks neat, but cheap

After receiving it in the mail and unboxing it I could see it was already rubbing off in places. Basically, someone bought it and had this issue and returned it and I got it sold to me as new. I'm returning it as well.
