I can't put this game down. This can be a tough series to get into, but it's worth it, and this entry is probably the best place to start.

This is the greatest Monster Hunter so far. The small screen sucks, yeah, but there is so much to do in this game. Highly recommend. BUY.

multiplayer is excellent, control is spot-on, and graphics are killer, especially in 3d. grab a friend and slay some slithering savages!

The Monster Hunter series is truly amazing and full of depth. If you've never played a game in the series before, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. If you have, the new monsters, weapons, and palicos may not be enough for you to feel like you're getting a whole new game. The big thing I miss is the ability to play the game on a big screen. The worlds here are large and there's more detail than you can see on the small screen of even the 3DS XL. Unfortunately, the series has been moved almost exclusively to portables so you won't be able to go on big hunts on your big screen

I really like that I am able to play other people over the Internet with this edition. Previous editions don't allow for this.

This is the best and most fun game I have bought in years. This is the forth generation for the game and by far the greatest.

Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate for Nintendo 3DS is a extremely fun and engaging. The graphics are as good as they get for a 3DS.

I'm not really a handheld player but I found this game to be perfect for casual one hour gaming periods. There is a lot to do and I feel like it's hard to run out of stuff to do. There is also a play online option. There is a learning curve though

This truly is one of the most underrated games on 3ds. The game play and story are so good. Huge bang for your buck!

We know how great monster hunter titles are. This game in my opinion needs to be brought back to the console.
