By far the best Monster Hunter game in the series. They have a great tutorial system this time around which I feel the older games lacked in. The new Insect Glaive weapon is very unique and adds a cool new way to level up your weapon. They've also made solo questing a little easier by allowing you to have 2 Palico followers that you can equip and level up. But the real fun is hunting with 3 other friends. I'm really loving this game so far!

This game blows my mind. I love the series, it's tough but fun and more accessible for newcomers.

I bought the game due to hype. With the design of the combat system, you are either forced to upgrade to the New N3DS system or purchase the Circle Pad Pro. This is to be able to enjoy and use all the weapons (range). If you are playing on a base N3DS, you will have extreme difficulties to use specific weapons. The game also has a very steep learning curve. I've no experience with any of the Monster Hunter games and went into this one with new eyes. I enjoy it, but it's not given me any reason to be "Wow'd"

MH4U has so much more to offer compare to its predecessor. Lots more content, online gameplay 10/10
