This is the first Monster Hunter game, and before I knew it I was 100 hours in and still cannot stop. Super deep game that can be intimidating at first, but quickly becomes an obsession.

Fast paced adventure and action game that is at times is maddening.

If you haven't yet played any Monster Hunter, this is the one to play. The game provides in depth information of each class in the game and everything you'll need to be successful.

This was my real first purchase for the 3ds and it did not dissappoint. This is the best monster hunter yet and the convence of it being on an handheld makes it easy to pick up and play.

I have been playing this game since the original on PS2. It hasn't changed much since then... which is a good thing. Big change for this one is 3ds version finally has online capability.

Monster Hunter is great for helping you feel like a true hunter. Where the game really shines is the co-op though . I'd recommend this a lot for people who have a friend to play with .

Highly recommend this game. If your an old fan of the series or even new you will like this if you're into grinding monsters for parts for that next upgrade, weapon, armor, etc.

Game is a lot more accessible and user friendly then previous entries in the series! Great game for the 3ds especially with the New Nintendo 3ds that has come out along side it.

If you haven't played a Monster Hunter game before, this is a good first one. There's also a demo on the eShop, but in my opinion the demo doesn't give you enough info to really get the most out of the quests it offers. The game itself is full of interesting, quirky characters and tons of great landscapes to explore. The gameplay itself is also fun and features a good amount of customization. Enjoy!

Thoroughly enjoy this and the graphics are really great.

I'm 70 hrs in and still going strong. This game is awesome. Online play is great and the new 3ds camera control with the power pad pro works very smoothly. Top 5 3ds game.

I love the MH franchise. This newest addition is probably the most user friendly. Meaning that I've been able to pull at least 4 friends into this game with little problem.

Both of my sons love to play this game all the time.
