It's quality, not quantity, right? This cable provides amazing picture and sound quality from a Samsung 3D Blu-Ray Player to my Samsung 3D Smart OLED TV via a Pioneer Elite receiver. No complaints. Still, I wish the quantity ($$) would go down a bit.

Swapped out the HDMI cable for this one on my 4k tv. Although picture and sound quality were already great, this cable clicked it up a couple of notches. Also, I got a great price for it at Best Buy! Glad I did it!

I have 3 yamaha receivers and with each new purchase, I have always upgraded. I have never experienced any issues with Yamaha and don't expect to. Watched my first Blue ray movie last night and the sound was awesome.

Cable is pretty solid, works and does what it's suppose to do. I've had only one issue with monster cables, which after a few years they tend to loose their contact on one of their ends and cable needs to be replace. I've had these monster cable gone bad and when call In for a warranty return, the drama starts ; from having to be on hold for ever, warranty being refused because you don't have a copy of the original purchase receipt even though these cables have a serial number and one that pays to ship them the cable to monster products is you. Great cable but should last longer then a few years before they go bad for their price and should do a better job at honoring their lifetime or future proof guaranteed. Scan your receipts and keep a spare HDMI cable in case of warranty.

The monster 4K black Platinum cables are just great for a high end tv they have a lock fitting that stays into the HDMI port I believe they are worth the money I would not choose any other cables except monster
