Poor WiFi boost
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I intentionally bought this modem because of the WiFi boost. I used to have a modem from optimum but always had trouble getting WiFi in the furthest room from the modem. I figured with the WiFi boost, I’d have no issues now but I still have trouble getting WiFi in the one room. I only live in a 1,000 sq ft place, so it’s not like I’m in a huge house. I’m pretty disappointed that I’m really not getting a WiFi boost as advertised.

connection keeps resetting
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this was my first time purchasing a modem/router combo and it will be the last. the 5g signal is really poor, connection drops every now and then after having it for a few months. do yourself a favor and do not get a modem/router combo.
