Great speed and reliable no issues with this modem

Sick of paying xfinity $10/month rent on their router? Get this box and save a lot of money. Since buying this, I’ve saved $160. It pays for itself and works great. Streaming, video games, browsing the internet, all work fine. The range could be better. But really pretty standard. Wish I had bought it sooner.

I have had a lot of Modems in the past. This is the best one I have ever owned. Have not had to reboot it one time. Best Wi-Fi I have ever had.

This is just what I was looking for, fast and reliable.

I have been using it for a month and is an excellent value so far. Advice, call Motorola and have them walk you through how to adjust the channels and frequency. Increased my speed by 200Mbps. Not sure why it wasn’t set that way from the factory.

Great modem router combo for inexperienced computer user. Setup was quick and easy. Just followed step by step instructions provided. Be sure to notify your internet provider they typically have to activate the equpment. Our service has never been faster. Nice design, slim and compact . Blends in surroundings and is not noticeable.

Works fine. Strong signal to all 8 of my WiFi items.

This was an upgrade from an older Motorola unit that kept loosing wifi signal from COX Cable. Unit has only had to be reset 2 times in the 2 months I've had it, as compared to having to reset it almost daily with old unit. Alot more stable which is what I need since Cox cable constantly has problems with their signal dropping out.

bought 1st unit and it failed on the 2nd day. thus far the 2nd unit works well.

This router is value priced and setup is quick and easy.

I’ve been using this modem for over a year now and still works like a champ with my Comcast/xfinity service. We just moved and I was concerned about it location at the far end of our house but I get great coverage throughout our 2k square foot home. I’ve only rebooted modem once in the last year. It’s been very reliable.

I love having the modem and router in the same piece of equipment. So far the Motorola AC 1900 Router and the DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem have worked great. A strong and steady signal is what we have experienced so far. Thanks BestBuy for your recommendation of this product.

Just installed the Router/Modem so no long term comments. Only thing we forgot to inform the sales associate is that we also have a land line, but this product does not handle land line phones. Just something to be aware of if you need that service as well.

The router and modem combo is the best. It was the easiest thing to set up and get going. If it had any downfalls I would say the fact that it can not be wall mounted would be its only downfall. Good thing it goes well with my set up and looks nice and sleek.

This router/modem seems to be working just fine. I had it installed by the Geek Squad and I'm glad I did. It's comforting to know it was installed correctly. I've had no problems with this item, and the price was reasonable.

I selected this Motorola modem-router 1) to increase stability and speed for work to be done with large groups on Zoom; 2) to own my equipment rather than renting from Internet provider. I'm glad to have been able to make this upgrade and save a few dollars in the long run.
