Horrible customer service and connection

I have to wait thirty minutes every time I want to speak to them just to get patronized. After using this router, the connection has not been smooth and there's a message saying my connection has timed out constantly. I have restarted the router more than five times a day.

Really bad modem/router

As far as all the details, I purchased an internet plan of 1GB, and my speeds were showing as 25 mbps. Range wasn't good. After a few months of using this router modem, it stopped working on me and I wouldn't get any wifi at all.

It’s was great for 2 days

Slow speeds

The internet speeds were slow than expected and not all devices were able to connect. Don’t buy if you are anywhere near technically advanced. I purchased the arris and noticed the difference instantly.

There is a bug in the firmware that blocks some traffic even when the firewall is turned off. EXTREEMLY limited device even for the low price. It provides very little in other features and the operation of it is clumsy at best. If this router has a name it would be Joe Biden... worthless.

It was fraudulently advertise that it was certified to work with spectrum, Cox, Xfinity. Just because it excepts a signal to the modem. The router speed is unacceptably low. I’m looking to exchange this item for another brand that is better reviewed for what I need. Very disappointed.
