I had a ten year old modem and router and wasn't able to receive the internet that I was purchasing. I got an Xbox One and my modem/router both needed to be updated. I found this Combo very affordable comparatively. I love the dual purpose and it eliminates a piece of machine/clutter. So far, it's worked great and I have no complaints. I recommend for anyone. (I live in Manhattan)

This modem/router was easy to setup. Plugged it in and worked right away. Very fast.

At the suggestion of my Geek Squad advisor, I purchased this item to replace an ancient modem and router. It was super easy for this retiree to set up. It’s working great. Nice to have one piece of hardware instead of two. Good fit for my size home and for my budget. Once again, the Geek Squad saved the day!

Purchased when I switched over to infinity. Recommended by service tech after I had purchased a Motorola brand router. Returned that one. This one was on sale, even better. In use for a couple of weeks now. No issues considering the number of devices attached to the network. I recommend.

There are a few different modem, but this me worked best for my home. It’s more affordable than the other ones on the market. This works good on homes for up to 5500 sq ft. I don’t know how the connection would be for bigger home. But I was tired of paying monthly fees to the company for rental fees. This will pay for itself after 8 months. Saves you money in the long run.

This replaced our 12 year old Motorola modem router combo. No more getting kicked offline! The set-up was easy and resembles our old unit. I am happy with it’s performance so far. I have been able to stay connected to my work and I am sure Comcast is happy that we are not calling every week to reset the modem. Very happy with this product.

This item replaced one that was 12 years old. It is faster and does not time out.

This is good for basic TV and internet. For cooperate remote work (especially during covid19 having to work from home daily), this router/modem was not supporting the amount of data being used for the applications. So we spoke to Motorola and switched to a higher capacity. But if not the cooperate applications, for regular home use of games, smart TV, videos, etc, this is a good product.

We were having trouble with websites not opening, etc. on our computers in the house and the Apple Specialist at the Best Buy store on Maryland Parkway tracked it down to our old router/modem. I just wasn't keeping up with all the devices we were running. Since having this installed we are having no problems at all and streaming is lightning fast.

Easy set up. Works great with no issues. It hits speeds with Spectrum.

My previous Motorola modem/router plus a network extender was still working very well but I needed to upgrade my network to 802.11ac to watch Hulu. The new modem/router was easy to set up and provides a strong signal throughout the house so I don't even need a network extender. I'm very happy with it.

Modem reaches farer than last and a lot quicker than the last one from best buy

We needed a router-modem like the Motorola MG7550 with its switch to turn off the powerful 2.4 and 5 GHz WiFi signals at night. It seems many other router-modems nowadays (especially those from the cable company) have no switches and leave the WiFi on 24/7. But our home's only "central" room for placing the router-modem required it to be just four feet from our heads while sleeping--and we didn't want the WiFi microwave signals blasting us all night, every night. We had no need for internet phone service so lack of a VoIP phone jack in the router-modem didn't matter. Otherwise this unit does the job very well for streaming video to an Apple TV box in another room as well as whole-house WiFi during the hours we want that on. The wired ethernet ports operate at all hours and at download speeds we've found are 15% faster than Spectrum's promised internet speed. The Motorola MG7550 was easy to install (very clearly-written instructions) and I had it up and running in about four minutes. Time will tell how well this router-modem holds up but for a nominal amount we bought an extended warranty through Best Buy just in case.

I live in a 2000 sq foot house and this works great! Very fast and no issues!
