I have had no problems with this product. Very easy to hook up. Except this item does not work with AT & T at which the sales employee said it did. Not Happy with that issue. So we had to change our internet provider.

Didn't take long to get this router/modem setup. Connected to another router and called the model into my cable company and it was done. My old modem was on the fritz and constantly dropped my wifi. With this one, I've had no problems now (exactly a month).

We needed something with a stronger signal to reach one of the rooms upstairs and this one did it! I haven't had too many problems with it. Occasionally I'll loose the wifi signal with my phone but that could be my phone's issue. Easy to setup as well.

I have this for two years now and I'm barely getting around to writing this review. The fact that I'm still using this after two years should tell you this items is great. But I'm sure there are newer versions out now.

think its powerful, doesn't take up a lot of space, had one before, it died after just under two years. I liked it enough to buy another one I would recommend to any person that needs a good router combo to buy this model. If I had to buy again I would

We decided to stop paying our internet provider every month to rent their Router. We choose this model from Best Buy and are very happy we did. Works perfectly and we are saving money each month. Win, Win!

I suggest you buy a protection plan with it. But old one last half year and it broke. Luckily I bought the protection plan and get a free replacement, the new one works well.

The old router/modem was 4-5 years old and was not working as well as we would like. This Motorola Dual Band AC 1900 has more than doubled our download speed and improved the WiFi coverage in our house. We pay for 100 MBPS and now we are getting that and a little bit more. We like this product very much!

I’m no tech guru but this modem was simple to hook up and get going. The speeds are where they are supposed to be, if not better sometimes.

Works just fine. Never had any issues with Motorola products. It is only a 16 channel. But to the common user it's fine. I understand this is an older model so can't expect it to be up to today's standards.

I purchased this to replace a previous modem that had been hit with a lightning strike that took out the modem along with a computer and TV. The previous modem was this same model, and, since I was happy with it, I replaced it with the same model.

So far so good. Had this for about a month, had dual band. I don't like have 5G in my house, and I like the option of being able to disable it. Previously had a much older motorola version that lasted us years. Hoping this will be the same.

Plugged it in, Cable guy came and turned on the cable, And I had WiFi within 5 minutes. Easy to cahnge the passwords, and seems to easily support all my devices. Will pay for itself quick since I won't be paying to rent one from the cable company.

Purchased this router so I didn’t have to pay a rental fee for one through xfinity. It has paid for itself in the money I have saved, I have control of the password and all if my devices work great. I have 4 tv steaming on it as well as two phones and multiple tablets.

Hooked up to comcast and worked right out of the box. saves $15.00 a month on the cable companies rental cost. Unit works very good. only had to do a reboot about 2 times in the past 10 months. You wont be disappointed buying this modem.

The modem is running smooth and better and faster than the modem that I was renting from Comcast. I am now able to save $13 a month by buying my own modem. And the best part was that the item was on sale.

even though I returned I love this product it was great and amazing although that my provider for the internet did not allow me to connect to it but it was a very good and easy setup for this too I recommend this to anybody

Absolutely the worst router ever! Sorry this will be long. I read all the good reviews and went with this router! I didn’t know much about having my own router and didn’t really know much of what to look for in specs or anything like that. I went with this after reading the reviews and thinking that it would be good… I was wrong. Almost immediately my internet went out several times in a day. When I connected my tv to it and checked my phone the tv would disconnect from internet, don’t try to play the game and have it running on a smart tv that’s connected to internet at the same time… or else it would go out. I thought it was spectrum. As the technician came out and checked he said everything was all good, for about an hour after he left it was. Then it went out again, at that point I thought it was spectrum, I called them and they told me it was my router. I refused to believe a router I paid $150 for would be this big of an issue. But I conceded and bought a nighthawk, turns out it was this router as I’ve had the nighthawk for a month and have not had any trouble. This one will only work if you have one device connected at a time and don’t do anything else on any other device. It will not work if you watch a show and get sidetracked on your phone or anything like that. I would be on my phone and my Wi-Fi would go out and since I don’t have good service in my house I relied heavily on my Wi-Fi, terrible product taht I would never recommend.

This replaced a spectrum modem and my 2 year old Belkin router! The difference is day and night. Super easy to set up, one 10 minute phone call to Spectrum to add it to my account and poof...... my speed and my wifi range improved and I had no drops in 3 weeks now. PERFECT!

I found Motorola products consistently lasting for more time than other ones. Especially, modem WITH wireless router. I don't need to run multiple wires for power and connections between modem and router if brought separately.
