I bought this modem to replace Xfinity rented modem, which I continually had to reset one to three times daily. In the six weeks that I have owned this Motorola, not once!

I bought the Tower from Best Buy and then I call Motorola. I got help from their help desk to set up the router with little help and I have had great service from the router and no problems from the router.

Just OK nothing special, was one or two models better than the unit I replaced. Unit operates fine, purchased unit to fit on book shelf and reach other areas of residence, better range.

I had a Motorola before and it was good. Bought Netgear thinking I would give it a try. Brought it back, went with my tried and true and have not been disappointed. Should have stayed with them in the first place.

Provides good coverage for a 1200 sq. foot home used with Xfinity Internet service without any other extenders used.

I've only had it for a few weeks, so keep that in mind: 1. easy install 2. simple UI 3. has a power switch (so you can power cycle without pulling the plug) 4. performs well with my ISP (comcast)

I purchased this modem in December of 2018 to replace the rented modem from Xfinity and to save on the $13/month rental fee. So far, so good! I haven't had any issues with it. The transition from the rental modem to my own modem was seamless.

Modem/router combo seems to work well. Was easy to set up and was compatible with xfinity as stated on box. Have only had box for a few weeks and will update later if needed.

I have had this device in use for just over 5 months. Really easy set up, minimal maintenance, excellent signal strength. Have not experienced any dropped signals despite high demand for multiple wireless devices on my home network. Great product!

After trying a couple other (unsuccessful) modems, I ended up with this modem. You can have up to 10 different wireless users using it, at the same time, without losing internet quality and speed.

I bought this router/modem to replace one that was struck by lightning. This was very easy to set up, and seems to work much better than my old one. Would definitely recommend it.

I recently purchased this router because my original router went out. I had a Motorola previously so went with the same brand. It is so much more powerful and a great buy for the money spent. I highly recommend this router. It is very reliable.

So far it has been working good. I’ve only had trouble with my smart tv connection but maybe the tv or service provider. Overall I’m happy with the product.

Getting this router was a huge step up from the 10-year-old DSL hardware that capped us at 15mbps bandwidth. I'm now getting 50 and can boost that on demand should I ever need more. The plan we switched to offered to rent us the router but I opted to own it instead. No probs with the install/setup as it's a fully compliant and acceptable choice. The range is great ("locate it on first floor", the install pro advised). I'm happy on 2nd floor and can do TikTok on the front porch when idling away in front of supper. I've also read it does well with work vpn which I no longer use. I mention this because apparently some routers don't handle work vpn.

Easy setup. Works great so far, have no issues with computer which is what I use it for. Appears to be more secure than the older surfboard I had.

I bought this to replace the modem/wi-fi that I was renting thru a cable company. I have not had any issues with it. We have a ranch house with a finished basement and it reaches both levels.

Very easy to install! Dependable and data move very quick thru this unit! Big believer in Motorola Modems!! Works good thru entire house!

It seems like a decent piece when it works. I read many reviews saying it works with Xfinity ( evil cable company ). I should have checked Xfinity first because it is not compatible ( stated by Xfinity ) and so it kept dropping.

Signal is strong in the area of the living room where the modem is placed and in the vicinity. It starts to weaken in the bedroom, a fair two bar signal. I also like the duo-band capability of the product: Both a router and a modem. Save space.

Easy to install, improved the internet performance by maybe 7 times, over the 5 year old router/modem. Additionally the wifi was much more stable for more devices.
