Expensive, but working so far

So far I have had some trouble with buffering that I didn't have with my old router/modem combo so maybe I bought the wrong thing for the kind of bandwidth I require. I'm still learning about these highly technical things but I guess there is a learning curve to everything. Other than that, very easy to set up and the directions are clear to understand even for a sub-savvy individual.

Same Model replacement with multi network

The newer model is not available in stock anywhere (!) and the competitors have eliminated the multi-network ports. Now that people are working from home...multi-users can bog down wifi and we prefer the security of our Cat6 wires!

Easy to install, decent wifi range

The range is not the best, I also think it might have to do with my house or it possibly might work better with a range extender.

Could be a bit better

Works OK, but doesn't seem to have quite the oomph the other one did. Reception out in the shop is spotty, same with the back bedroom. Not like we live in a giant house either. The other thing is that I can't use my printer if I'm running on the 5G side with the computer. Just won't recognize it until I swap to the other band. Can't get any of our devices besides my iMac & iPhone to even use the 5G side. Never had that problem before. Maybe I should have stuck with a Netgear product................

I know I purchased this awhile ago, but we haven’t been at home to set it up. Also we were waiting to purchase a new TV.
