I am pretty satisfied with this modem/router. It was easy setup and the wifi signal does reach upstairs even with a brick fireplace in between. It's not a strong signal, but it's good enough for me.

This modem met Xfinity's new DOCSIS 3.1 standards but it is not wi-fi. I had to buy a separate wi-fi router. Remember to connect your phone line into the second port to prevent calls dropping at 30 minutes.

This is a wonderful modem router combo. It is 100 times better than the ones you lease from the cable company! Easy to set up and troubleshoot. Make the splurge and buy this!

bought it for my son for Christmas he did not need it so i returned it but i must say buying on line with curb side service was great and when i returned it it was a good experience

Probably a good unit; it appears that way, but I had to return it when Comcast wanted to charge me 2X for having (2) cable modems. My bad, I guess.

The modem router was delivered quickly and I had it connected in minutes. I was able to use my previous devices network name and password, so there wasn't any reconnecting each wireless device.

While the router itself was an easy install.. there were some issues with the final connection to comcast. The directions did not really agree with how it has to be done.

Works just as described… but better! We have needed to update our wireless router for a long time and we switch to this one and are very pleased.

We got Comcast and they were going to charge us $30 monthly so my husband instead bought this as in the long run it would save us money instead of having charged $30 every bill. The quality is really fine and it works great.

Earlier i had a older Motorola modem amd router seperate. Buying this product made so much difference in the speed of wifi and so much things i could keep my eye on through this modem.

Overall the router works for an everyday person. But as a gamer the router doesnt have all the ports you need and doesnt allow you to connect to some game servers, games like modern warfare and among us are unplayable.

Originally purchased but not compatible with my TV, Home Theater System or home WiFi service ... we returned it for the another more compatible product but it may work for others!

I am so glad I bought this product. No rental fees for internet and I couldn't believe how easy it was to hook up. I was nervous about hooking it up, but it was so easy. Thanks for having a great product.

Replaced a very old router with this one as we've been having poor WiFi signal over the past week. Easy to setup and haven't had any drops in signal since! Very happy with purchase.

Great WiFi cable modem it took a while to set up because we didn’t know it had to be activated from the Netgear app but other than that it runs smooth and WiFi signal stays strong

Replaced an Xfinity router/modem and has not failed to deliver. Great wi-fi coverage and I use it to stream 75% of my TV watching with no waiting. Besides all that it will be saving me money in the future.

Was returned, did not need it as my daughter's internet provider supplied a modem/router. However, we had purchased a similar one a few years earlier for my other daughter and it still works fine.

It’s duel band so we have all but our PS4 and TV on the 2G and the others are on the 5G. We not have any issues with our internet even when our neighbors say there’s is out.
