While the equipment works, it requires a restart from time to time, twice a month in order to get the recommended speed. The WiFi range is not as strong as they say it is in my 1200 Sq Ft home. Not getting a good signal upstairs which is 25 feet away from the modem or the bedroom which is less than 35 away. This modem may work great for a Studio home.
