This modem was needed when Comcast increased their intenet data frequency. The replacement was easy & effective where only one device is driven. I would suggest the unit with an included router if more devices need to be driven.

It works well. But when purchasing this the website didn't address that we need a booster for this. So, after setting it up, we realized that it needs a booster. We got one online from Best Buy as well.

I haven't had any issues with the modem. I'm using it with an Asus AC3100 router. I haven't had any downtime. I'm a gamer and I haven't had any lag. I haven't been kicked or locked out of a game due to connectivity issues.

Works as advertised. Happy with this purchase. I am on Xfinity plan, so I am normally angry at comcast for some reason but this helps me to not have more to complain about.

This is a basic modem, it is not a router. We needed a modem to support our Orbi system and this has worked flawlessly. It was very easy to set up and is not too large.

The orange blinking light is a bit confusing, since it works eveb if it is red or orange. Works fine.

I had issues with my internet for months but I upgraded to this Motorola cable modem and I have no more issues with my internet. It really works great & it's so much faster. I love it!!!! I would recommend this item.

Easy to contact Motorola. Technician very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Purchased the 2 Yr replacement from Best Buy because Motorola does not sell any extended Tech support beyond the first six months from date of purchase. I have only been using it for three weeks. The salesman in Best Buy was very savy and highly recommended it as the step up from the Arris AC 6141. Time will tell how reliable the unit performs over the next several years.

I wanted to cut some expenses on my TWC bill so I decided to turn my modem in & purchase this one. For a first time buyer of this type product I haven't had any problems with it so far & it was reasonable priced.

This is exactly what I needed and was looking for.

I needed to upgrade my old modem to be compatible with Comcast. Hooked it up lights starting blinking and I was connected after a signal refresh from Comcast. It's been a couple of months and I've had no problems.

I'm comcast customer and I wanted to get rid of the rent fee. It's working pretty good for the 50mbps that we are supposed to have. Nobody in the house (5 people) have complained about any problem with the internet.

This modem works perfectly for our 150 mbps internet service, with capacity to upgrade to 300 if necessary. The price was great, and Best Buy had very fast delivery.

I use to drop my network consistently w my new router its faster and keeps the traffic clear even when we have all the 6 kids and family over with 3 xbox 1's gmaiing and streaming. The router and hack high traffic

Bought this unit to replace Xfinity cable modem. I don't regret it for an instant. Hook up with simple, turned it on and that was pretty much it. It has more than paid for itself!

Lost my job and needed to simplify my life. Read about this cable modem and discovered that it was the lastest version and made by Motorola. Reviews looked good. Easy to setup and has been working great.

The Motorola Cable Modem is easy to use and does what it's supposed to do. A nice replacement for your old modem. Works great with Comcast cable internet.

I'm a Comcast Xfinity subscriber amd decided to stop paying Comcast $10 for renting their modem. Got this one and is working awesome.

Motorola has a great rep for their modems, especially their Surfboard modems. Never had issues with it. This modem plugged in without issues and was able to get my cable connection setup quickly.
