Didn’t make it 2 years

However the power went out one day and blew the modem. I tried to do a warranty claim and they didn’t cover it. This is why I gave the product three stars.

Not capable of advertised speed on TWC/Spectrum

The unit has a power switch so it does not have to be unplugged to be turned off. The base of the unit needs to be a bit heavier to keep the pressure of the coaxial cable from being able to tilt the unit. My biggest complaint about the unit is that it clearly markets to TWC/Spectrum customers by printing the logo on the package. The package also purports speeds of greater than 300Mbps but is only capable of speeds of 100 Mbps on TWC/Spectrum. I consider this a wasted purchase when paired with TWC internet plans of greater than 100Mbps.
