It did not and I had to make a long trip back to the store to get credit and return the product. Do your research first and get information directly from your internet procider before buying this product.

Did not work

Much better than renting

Very easy to install though I did have to call the cable company to give them the MAC address which took about 5 minutes. I did a speed test for download rate and it was where it was supposed to be +\- a free megabytes. It's been about 3 months and I haven't had any problems yet.

Works out of the Box TW, but Power cable too short
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good modem, it works out-of-the-box with Time Warner Cable, it gave me 60mbs download and 6mbs upload, same as TimeWarner modem. Only issue, power cable too short, it needs to be 6 to 10 inches longer, compared to other modems.

Great Modem

Had to call Time Warner to activate it. After it was done I tried it out . It was 10x faster then the old modem.

Optimum Online

This saves me $5/month and is better speed and connection quality. Very good. I use the optimum internet to steam YouTubeTV and Netflix instead of buying cable
