I have purchased this modem as my Existing Netgear Docsis 3.0 modem has stopped worked suddenly. So far this modem has been giving an excellent speed of 58 mbps where my plan is 60 mbps. and the shipping also very quick in 2 days I have this modem delivered, which made me so happy as I have been without Home wifi.

Great for speeds and 5ghz speeds if your router permits it. Simple set up.

Replaced my old modem with this Motorola & I must say I am happy with the purchase. Its nice compact size, it runs cool to the touch, keeps a steady stable connection & has a very fast boot up. It's also a newer 2016 model. I have Xfinity internet & works great. A+

I purchased this modem because my previous modem died. This modem was easy to install and I've had great connection speeds from it. I like the blue service lights that indicate upstream and downstream connectivity at a glance. I also like the push button on/off switch on the back. The price was great too. Big win win for me.

I was hesitant at first, and was going to pay more and get 3.1 version of Motorola Modem. But this worked out well, and works as stated for our big 3300 Sq Ft house. We connect many phones, devices and a gaming console, and TV streaming wirelessly, they all work well.

We recently found out our modem was too outdated to work properly with our internet provider. Being students we knew we needed a solution fast that was affordable. After researching we decided this was the best at a great price and I'm so glad we got it. I didn't realize how much internet speed we were missing out on.

My other modem died after about 10 years. This one works very well, and overall saves me money in the long run by owning my own modem versus paying a monthly fee to the internet cable provider. Over the life of the modem it more than pays for itself by avoiding the monthly fees to the cable company, which are a rip-off.

I previously had a Surfboard. Constantly went out the last year or less. Contacted Time Warner and they told me it was the modem (since I don't rent from them). I did a little research and found out that the firmware on the Surfboard model was out of date. Consumers cannot update the firmware on those models, they HAVE to be pushed out by your ISP. I called out TW on it and they had nothing to say. So, I bit the bullet and purchased this one. Worked form the get-go. A lot more consistent and reliable but for how long I'm not sure. Haven't looked into Firmware updates on this unit yet. Hopefully there is a way to get them besides relying on TW. Definitely would recommend. Can't beat the price.

Have had this for about 3 weeks and it has worked as it should. Extremely simple setup as it was fresh out of the box for the cable installer to apply their settings. Highly recommend. Word of caution that this is only a modem, not a router, but it was all I needed!

It could be my provider (Comcast), but I'm only getting about half of the speed I'm paying for, which is well within the capabilities of this modem. That said, it's works well enough for a single person streaming TV and movies in the evening in a studio apartment. For the price, I I recommend.

I bought this modem as an upgrade to a 6 year old gateway. Most devices the run 8x4 like this one, usually sees some issues in speed during peak hours, however I have had 0 slowness issues. My old gateway was a D3 modem and could barely manage 40mbps down and this one I am steady at 120mbps down.

Affordable Modem and easy to connect with comcast service, for regular people it only take les than 15 minutes to connect to internet with help comcast costumer service by phone. it's been almost 8 month and still going strong.
