very pleased with my choice, I was using a rental from Cox and it becomes expensive and I decided to purchase my own

Works great, thanks best buy! I have had this product for over a year and it still hasn't had issues (some modems start to fail after this amount of time, regardless of what the manufacturer says you can expect from it).

Simple set up. Previous router died. We were recommended this one and glad we took it.

I bought a similar model for myself a couple of years ago. I have had my friends all buy them. This purchase was a no brainier. This and the other ones work flawlessly. Save yourself from the price gouging cable provider!

This modem does the trick. My WiFi is a bit on the slower side according to comcast, but if I hard wire it it’s super fast. But come on it’s 2018 and we have to hard wire to get fast internet. Overall good modem!

I thought I was going to have returned it, but once I realized I needed to register the modem with my cable company it works very well. You can’t beat the price, now I don’t have to rent the modem from the cable company. I’m so happy I purchased this modem.

Purchased to comply with request from Comcast internet provider to upgrade with more modern modem to improve speed. The hookup was simple, but we haven't really noticed a difference in speed compared to our outdated modem. Otherwise I would have rated a 5. Solid unit, nice design. Price was reasonable.

FIRST CABLE MODEM I EVER OWED . BOUGHT IT TO REPLACE MY MODEM FROM COMCAST . GOT TIRED OF PAYING A MONTHLY FEE. TOOK IT OUT OF BOX . HOOKED IT UP . PLUGED IT IN . TURNED IT ON . SHAZAM , IT WORKED .

A friend of mine had recommended this modem to me. This is a great modem for anyone with a standard internet speed (<343 mbps). I received the internet speed I paid for and then some. I've had this for a month and so far no problems to speak of.

So far so good, the modem runs very cool and does not overheat. It looks really good on my desk with its stylish black looks. I seriously recommend. I'm using it with Time Warner (Spectrum) and no problems.

Upgraded to Docsis 3.0. Only our second modem in 12 years. Both Motorola. Not gamers so this is perfect for our family needs. Hopeful this lasts as long as last one. Happy with every aspect of product.

Gave comcast back their rented modem and saving 10.00 a month. This modem handles 3 roku and 4 kindles easily with no problem. Easy to hook up and a call to comcast and we were off and running

It was easy to set up. I did have to call Cox to get them to "recognize" the new modem, but that was easy enough. I may be confusing cause and effect, but since I switched to this modem I have had almost no instances of wheel spinning while streaming.

I had an older Motorola modem that was beginning to get laggy. I wasn't about to rent a modem, so I browsed Best Buy online and quickly found exactly what I wanted. I am no longer seeing any of the lag from before. Shows stream quickly, and gaming is no longer choppy.

I have seen much better internet service since I installled this.

wanted a replacement for my Cox Communication $9/ mon modem rental, even thou this is not on their list of approved modems, this worked just fine, thanks motorola

I’m not a techie person and it was relatively easy to install and set up (replacing an old modem). Happy with speed and connectivity - the internet issues we have are due to horrible Comcast service.

comcast kicked my old DOCSIS v2 off their network so I bought this as a replacement. after about a month , no problems, no issues, no complaints. the only thing could be , I should of pay extra $10 for the next model. the next model will further future proof myself

TWC recently increased speeds in my area and my older Arsis modem did not support 100 Mbps so I needed a new modem. I looked on the TWC site and the BestBuy site and ended up choosing this modem. I ordered it online for in-store delivery.

After upgrading my modem to this after 6 years, the speed increase significantly and no interruption or automatic restart. Looks like a good and economic option for 200 mbps services.
