Motorola modem

Internet connection would drop several times a day. Purchased protection agreement. However, modem wasnt in stock and would have to wait 11 days to receive. Contacted Motorola directly and was able to get a replacement earlier than what BB could provide.

Fast as greased lightning

Do Not Buy

It constantly drops connection. Read the xfinity forums if you don't believe me. Unfortunately I found this out on day 17 so Best Buys excellent return policy won't let me bring it back.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid modem for future proofing your home. xFinity users that have been saying it randomly disconnects take note of your downstream power levels. Mine where "within" spec but on the high end so I put a PPC FPA6-54 Forward Path Attenuator 6dB at the back of the modem and all my issues went away. I no longer encounter T3 timeouts or dropped internet. Its not a faulty modem, but to much line chatter.
