Completely unreliable, apparently due to some firmware update issue between Motorola and Comcast. Continually drops the Internet feed. Stay away

Quick and easy installation

I sadly returned it.

Multiple Daily Reboots

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This modem is listed as an Xfinity-compatible modem, however it rebooted multiple times a day when Xfinity pushed firmware changes (going back and forth between two versions). We eventually found discussion of this issue on an Xfinity forum which is how we got to the root of the problem. Motorola offered to replace the modem (their customer service rep was great), but according to others on the forum, replacement did not fix the issue for them so we returned it and purchased a different one (Arris S33) which has been rock solid so far.
