Future-proof speeds; perfectly links with Comcast

A 2.5gbps modem is akin to buying an advanced ticket to Mars on SpaceX. You're gonna be waiting around for a while until it's viable. However, future-proofing aside, it has a practical application. Comcast over-provisions their internet in many cases. So you may get higher speeds than what you pay for by using a more advanced modem like the one reviewed here.
