Not enough range, it was necessary to buy an extender. My previous was a modem/router combination and covered my entire house.

Don't buy this modem if your ISP is Xfinity. There is a problem updating firmware which causes repeating outages every day. Motorola will send you a new modem but I'm not sure I'd trust that. No way to get your money back.

Cost effective and has held up well. The only cable modem I could find that has a single ethernet port that supports multi-gig speeds. The rest require you to join two 1gbps ports.

I am too excited to try mesh wifi 6 eco system.and changing the modem was the starting point.but at&t did not allowed me to use this after doing my homework.

Several other reviewers had the same issue, the modem works fine and then starts re-setting. This was happening during work video conferences and streaming. I am working with Best Buy and Motorola to get it replaced. Can't get it fixed need a modem. Gave it two stars as when it was working I got max mps. First modem ever that failed.

horrible- bought 2 years ago & it doesn't work now! waste of good hard earned money- i'm destroying my cards- Never go there again.

This modem is excellent. However I have had lower than expected performance when used with Suddenlink 1G Internet

Didn't work for me and my Comcast Xfinity Gigabit connection. Over the 20 days I had it, the Internet connection would drop several times a day (sometimes several times an hour) making getting on video calls and watching TV a major issue. Seems like others have had this issue as well--seems like it affects 10% of people buying any modem from any brand. I just got unlucky. Switched to the Arris S33 Surfboard and haven't had any issues.

Died within 6 months of purchase. The modem no longer powers up, was always connected to a surge protector. Motorola's customer support line is unreachable, just says all agents are unavailable and to call back later. This will be the last Motorola product I ever buy.

Item was not a fit for my need because it did not have a telephone port or multiple Ethernet port

First time buyer of Motorola “modem” product ! Last time I had a Motorola it’s was a dial up ! Lol Let’s see how it goes so far so good.

I got a great price and decided to try this out. Overall I’ve been happy and my wifi is working faster.

Excellent product, solved alot of the connectivity issues that I had with Comcast - even at their 'base' level service of 100MB, my service is faster than most others

Great router but since it doesn’t have a phone jack Xfinity will not will not allow me to dump their router for this one.

Needed one for comcast internet and this was the best route. We are very pleased with it

Super fast when it works, drops the WAN/Internet connection at least twice every 24hrs for around 3-4 minutes. I did a ton of research to get to this point, the other reviews online where right, consistent drops daily. Hooked my ISP's modem back up, it never happened again...

I don’t like to pay the “extra” to the cable box panties for something that I can purchase myself for much less. This is has been flawless for the last month.

Very good product. Easy to setup. Was recommended by the folks at the store. This is built for comcast, so integrated very well.

Have great experiences with Motorola cable modems before and hoping the same with this. This model is future proof - supports gigabit connections
