Sonfar, so good! Compatible with xfinity, and increased throughput by about 25%.

Ordered online and picked it up that evening on the way from work.

Great modem for the price, geek squad installed it but it turned out my internet is too slow.

It took literally 2 months after I purchased this modem for it to suddenly experience intermittent sync-issues that would continually disconnect and re-connect about nearly every 10-20 minutes at a time. This was confirmed when I switched back to my old MB7621 modem and the connection was able to maintain a stable sync with my ISP again for longer than an hour or so like back before I bought this modem. It is a newer modem so it seems that firmware still has some issues going on with it for the time being, but I'm not comfortable recommending this for now until Motorola addresses some of these issues.

Good value for the price. Saving me money on my xfinity bill

Bought it bcos don't have an option of internet provider & this is Cox certified. Even then it works ok. This monopolistic internet provider system is scary but not sure what part motorola plays in it. Even then, since it's approved by Cox it loses a star other it'd be a 4.

Saves me money. Pays for itself after several months and gives me some future proofing.

Not sure if the unit i had was faulty but every 20 to 40min i would lose connection completely i had to restart every time i have xfinity gigabit plan

I have used this modem/router now for 3 months and it hasn’t skipped a beat.

It's a modem. Works with Comcast. Why am I even bothering to review this.

This one supports the gigabyte plans also part of the Xfinity recommended list.

Not compatible with Spectrum 400 mbps internet service. I thought that with DocSis 3.1 support, and BB's product spec stating it was compatible with Spectrum was all I needed to know. However, the 400mbs service from Spectrum seems to be a somewhat different beast per Spectrum's docs at: https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/compliant-modems-spectrum-network That does list 2 other Motorola models that BB does/did carry that although DocSis 3.0, can handle 400 mbps speeds, which I just got upgraded for with Spectrum: Motorola MB7621 - modem only Motorola MG7700 - modem+router, but sold out, so likely discontinued?

Serves its purpose to receive internet services. Great for a college student.
